Hotel was very nice and staff polite.
The room was freezing cold heating did not work very well windows need replacing. was very draughty and cold not too pleased
There no evening meals served
Location is I easy access of the m3
Made a booking through this website and requested an early check in. Staff were argumentative, trying to tell me I had not requested the early check-in. In the end had to pay 20 quid extra. My colleague had a guest upto the room - within 40 minutes of her being there the front desk was calling the room threatening to charge extra. Guest forgot to drop room key on check out - was going to drop off on his way home. Instead we get a phone call from the same staff member threatening another charge. The worst thing about this place is the reception staff. They clearly have no idea how to interact on a professional level with people in the UK. Their attitude was terrible. Perhaps if the hotel invested more money into hiring those from the UK rather than overseas then this situation might be improved.
Good sized room Friendly and polite cleaning staff
Having to eat at the other hotel and unlit. Hotel far too hot in the corridors Décor very tired
smelly bed linen very cold room (time period - Nov) dimly lit rooms feels depressing. No Breakfast Greedy attitude - Cancellation policy made me believe they care for the money and not guests request. I had booked for 2 nights initially. stayed only 1 night. Could not tolerate being there another night. I rescheduled my travel and intended to pay for only 1 night and move out. Long story short - Their policy insisted I pay for the 2nd night even though I wasn't staying there. this is robbery. They don't care about guests. I could've complained about quality which was the actual reason to move out but did not. I did not want to stay in that hotel (in any room) another minute. they would've given me alternate room but no thanks. Its a pity booking.com, who was made to intervene, could not do much about it. Please don't go to this property - ever. @Hotel, please visit some hotels in Scandinavia and see how they care for customers. Rigidity doesn't give you loyal customers.
It's an okay hotel but no food available !
Tried to charge me for parking my van even though it says free parking on the booking.com website !!
Plenty of parking, friendly receptionist
Needs new beds. Ridiculously hot everywhere - radiators too hot to touch in corridoors, bedrooms , bar etc....
Thought the food could be a lot better.
Plenty of parking
Mr potter would probably save enough money to carry out a refit of the hotel and to stop charging vans. £10 to park at another one of his premises the potter inn if he put a more up to date heating control system into thd hotel the rooms were far too hot and I turned the radiator off but it was stifling in the public areas mr potter it's not all about making pots of money think about reducing your carbon footprint and making a better planet for your children
staff were friendly
Everything was tired and dated
Good service and great entertainment
A bit dated
Bed was comfy, it was clean and the staff were friendly.
we were moved into the international as it was too quiet. The hotel was so bizarrely decorated, it was pretty creepy looking. apart from that it was pleasant enough.
Staff did t see. To know open ing hours of bar a d food
Not a lot
A very long way to get to the areas in Camberley and Bagshot where I was looking for houses I thought I had booked in to the International Hotel only to be downgraded to the Continental Hotel. There is NO food available at that hotel! So yhad to walk over to the main hotel for any meals. On the last morning, there was no hot water for showering or shaving. I had to walk quite a way to find a bedroom where there was any hot water.
Large room and quiet
No restaurant on site. Bar very "dingy" Hotel a bit dated and tired obviously used for "workmen" Couldn't access WiFi
Food was fair value for money.
Saturday and the spa closed at. 1630. The rooms and hotel corridors were run down and in need of tlc. The "free" wifi didn't work. The walls are so thin you could here people in other rooms. The beds were not uncomfortable as were the pillows.
Guests were banging doors until 11.45pm and started again at 5.00am. Terrible nights sleep. Either advise guests on arrival to be considerate, or sound-proof the doors. If I can be quiet, I don't see why others can't.
Polite helpful staff Room and public areas spotless! Good free wifi available in room Comfy bed Comfortable temperature in room
Decor is date
Wifi did not work
Wifi didn't work for me
The comfortable bed, free tv, access to a hairdryer , ironing board and iron in the room. Usual drinks facilities. Overall i was really impressed
Having one bath towel and one hand towel
The continental is the poor cousin to the international. No extras are available, you have to go across the road for the cooked breakfast and there is no room service.
No room service/bar on site - there is but its not open.
