Lakeside Continental Hotel was the last hotel opened in the collection of our contemporary 3* hotels on the 2nd of June 2001. The Lakeside Continental Hotel has its rightful position as one of the most modern and comfortable hotels in Frimley Green, Surrey. Our warm and friendly atmosphere plays host to thousands of visitors every year from the individual business traveller, family weekend breaks and of course, private functions to include weddings through to corporate entertaining.

Lakeside views, especially when in dining room. Staff in dining room very courteous and eager to please. Dinner good but breakfast could have been better. Toast soggy and cold and bacon only cooked on one side.

Did not dislike anything. One point, bath/shower room was not supplied with a shower hat which was most inconvenient for a lady taking a shower.

I really enjoyed our view as we had a room on the first floor facing the lake. Breakfast was very good, nice approachable staff.

You should do something about your shower heads, it is really bad. Also staff should be more informed about areas around, where to get trains/buses as they didnt know where we should get a direct train to London!!! Luckily taxi drivers are more informed and we eventually got home.

comfortable seating & bed

had to queue a long time before we were seated then the breakfast was all gone had a further wait of 15minutes before all was topped up

The shower - it is fixed over the bath and you have to stand under it to turn it on and either freeze or burn pending getting the temperature right

large bed good view of Lake reception very friendly easy parking

non existent staff at breakfast,and when they turned up they were on the surly side,absolutely pants disco on site,do not go there.the price of the hotel was on the stiff side which is underpinned by the lack of anybody there.
