the bedding was clean, the tv was ok and tea/coffee was supplied

the walls are too thin, the doors need replacing, the fall pipe that you can see from lodge 16 has a gap in it and water is pouring down the wall.no cctv.no hairdrier.the radiator in the bathroom wouldn't turn off, the whole complex was shabby. the iron stairs were slippy.

The room was immaculately clean with a comfy bed and decent facilities. It was overall a quiet location (apart from the alarm - see opposite).

The Alarm panel in the hallway (room 15) 'beeped' throughout Mon night Tues morning. If was resent and then went off again @ 3am Tue night/Wed morning waking me up. I didn't like that there is no WiFi option in the Lodges - in today's 'guest friendly' world this is almost a given - it would make so much difference, at least to business guests.

Price reasonable for twin beded room. On a par with Travel lodge

On site direcions to lodges not very easy to follow.

Bathroom had a massive hole in wall and was freezing. Also bedroom heating was on max but didn't heat to a comfortable temp. Bedding stunk!

Although very tired looking, definitely in need of a lick of paint, the room was very clean and warm, the radiator was already on which was nice as it was very cold outside. The bed was really comfortable and clean. The room was adequate for what we needed which was just a stop over and the view across the lake was fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a cheap, clean room for the night.

The Lodges are tucked away behind the main hotels and club. They are very dated - for the price paid best summed up as cheap and cheerful

It was a very clean Hotel, we got upgraded as the unit we picked were all booked out, to a better upgrade, no charge.

Comfortable bed. Nice and clean bathroom.

Seemed a shame not make more use of the lovely lake. I imagined we wold be able to sit by it near our room.

Nothing , the rooms were used by truck drivers and workers and were not nice at all

It was not meant for a mature couple ,lots of steps to climb, the bed was only a double and squeaked when you rolled over, the room was very small;, dingy., The shower was no bigger than a rv shower and the tiles on the floor was broken, the mesh curtains were grey with dust, we did not check in until late and were to tired to go all the way back to reception and complain , in the morning after a rough nites sleep my wife went and complained , we were then put into the continental hotel in the complex that was first class ,,no charge, the reception lady could not understand why we had been put over there in the first place , oh well they made up for it , but we would use you again for our hotel bookings, she said it was for workers and truck drivers, no drama it was all sorted out to our satisfaction yours truly walter jacobs

There was damp and mould patches on the ceiling above the bed, The bathroom was frezzing cold, the heated towel rail had the electrical cord cut off so tehrefore it was not heated, the maids were rude and knocked on the door 3 times between 10.00 and 10.45 when we were not due to check out until 11.00. Would not recommend or stay in these again.

The rudeness of the maids, the damp and mould patches above the bed, the frezzing cold bathroom.

room was cold and no hot water to the shower at number 1 the lodges.

Unfortunately one of our rooms had an insect infestation, which meant that on arrival at 10pm we had to trapse all the way back to the hotel main reception and were subsequently moved to rooms within the main hotel. I'm not sure that this infestation just appeared from that morning, so made me wonder as to when the room had last been cleaned/looked at. It was lovely to have a room in the main hotel, but could have done without this upheaval at that time of night.

This place is very dated and very over priced for what it is!

Didnt stay at the lodge because the booking on the hotel's records was for 1 night whereas I had booked for 2, they did rectify this by giving me a room in the International hotel. Good customer service, but dissappointing to have the error in the first place.

The fact that there werent any signs for checking in for the lodges, I had to drive to 3 locations to find out where I needed to check in. Hotel decor etc was tired looking, could do with a refresh.
