The food room and staff
Could not book treatment for wife in spa
Room was incredibly comfortable, especially the bed, view from the room was lovely over the lawns and lake. Spa and room service was great.
Food , cocktails , beauty treatments
Room comfortable with views overlooking the lake.
Beds too soft. Lighting dim - Application of makeup extremely difficult. The main road extremely busy during the 'rush hour' - not easy to turn right from hotel .
Poor "spa" facilities
Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay so much, we walked into the room to find a bottle of prosecco in ice, waiting for us, the spa facilities were lovely not to mention how lovely, friendly and helpful the staff were, breakfast was beautiful as was the rest of the food! Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Our stay met expectations. The dinner and disco on the night were very good and the location so close to the ferry was excellent for a quick visit to the island.
