Good breakfast, quickly served, good choice. There was adequate parking and I was able to leave my car at the hotel after I had checked out, until the end of the working day. The decor and room facilities were very dated. The shower flow was poor. The mattress was old and uncomfortable. A group of people were using the landing as a place for yoga, which made it difficult to move around the public areas. The tap water was not recomended for drinking. |

As always the staff were really helpful and attentive. Breakfast was cooked to order which is always an added benefit. Bar closed a bit early but then there were not that many guests staying the time we were there. |

The near location to the BIC. Check in was easy with adequate car parking. Access to beach and gardens without crossing roads. lack of drinking water in room and unable to purchase bottled water after reception was closed (10.30pm) |

The room was ideal as it overlooked the park and had a balcony. Comfortable. I think we were given this room as we were the only residents at the time 10/12/09. We have stayed at the hotel many times, but in my view the hotel was disappointing this time. We were looked after very well on our first day 10/12/09 but felt we were overlooked when the big parties arrived on Friday and Saturday. We could not relax on the leather sofas in the bar area in the evening as these had been removed and felt that as they were having private parties, we as residents could not go in the bar area. Also, breakfast on Friday morning was excellent as again we were the only ones for breakfast that morning. The rest of the time the breakfast was not so good. Sunday morning I ordered poached egg on toast, and the toast was burnt on the underside, should never have been served up like this. |

I have stayed at this Hotel several times and would fully reccommend it to anyone. The staff are courteous and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and welcomimg and the food is excellent. I shall definately be staying again. |

I needed to print a boarding card and the manager let me use the computer, it was very nice of him. Very close to the conference centre and shops. The facilities were basic. The TV services weren't great and there was a poor standard of repair to the bathroom. Overall it was ok. |

We stayed at this hotel because it was so convienient for the B.I.C The on suite was really mocern but the actual bedroom was quite old fashioned and the bed was way to soft! |

I have stayed at this Hotel before and have always found it to be a most comfortable and enjoyable stay, the staff are courteous and friendly, food is excellent, rooms comfortable and inviting, I would have no hesitation in booking again and indeed will be doing so in the not too distant future. |

The staff were corteous and friendly, room was comfortable and clean, food was excellent especially in the restaurant of an evening and good value. Will definately be staying there again and would reccommend this Hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable hassle free break. |

Our second room - 106 - was superb, the view, the cleanliness and the fitments, and the staff were friendly. Our initial room - 305 was poor - dark (small window) and there appeared to be a boiler secreted behind the bedroom wall which was very noisy - the first night, my wife had to place toilet paper in her ears to drown the noise out - and the next morning at 0630 - it started again - not impressed with that room ! |
