The location was excellent and easy stroll to the beach and to the town centre. The restaurant's attitude to a solo diner. On my first night's stay I was not allowed to sit at various available tables as I was just one diner and very annoyingly found myself apologising and informing the staff that I would not be very long which secured me a table outside in the sunshine! |

The hotel was well placed for the beach and art gallery. It was clean and tidy. The food was not great, my poached egg at breakfast was over cooked to the point of becoming rubbery and the toast underdone. The shower was not very strong |

location to surroundings.i.e beach.theatre.shops YES.Our room backed onto the lowergardens.Extremely noisy at night.Live band on first nite and Lots of Stag/Hen nites. Not necessarily hotel's fault but If the rooms had Ac we could of closed the windows had to keep them open as hot weather didn't get much sleep.. |

Location is excellent, overlooking the park and very close to seafront and shopping centre. Car park is a bonus in Bournemouth. Breakfast was very limited choice, could be improved. Dining room/bar/bistro is rather dark. |

The hotel was in an ideal situation for myself and the lady accompanyinh me as she was 84 years old. Enjoyed our stay and the access from the gardens to the Bistro and hotel was ideal for my friend as she had difficulty in walking too far. I ded feel that the staff could have been a little more cheerful and helpfull expecially in the Bistro at breakfast. |

Rooms were clean and of good quality. Hotel was quiet and we were not interrupted by other guests. Lovely back exit from the hotel into the Gardens in bourenmouth town centre!! Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Although breakfast food was great quality - service was a little slow at times, but then again the hotel was fully booked and everyone seemed to turn up for breakfast at the same time, so this was probably only a minor point that couldn't be helped!!! |

The bar / reception staff were extremely helpful . The hotel had a central position and a very pleasant views . The Friday evening meal was excellent .Overall we enjoyed our stay . Good value for money . The morning breakfast . The Saturday staff should be taught very basic hygiene . and the chef / cook should be taught , that keeping things in oven or hot place will not enhance the meal . This was pointed out to the management on this occasion. The following day the staff and meal were changed and service and meal was good . |
