For the price it was excellent, and 5 minutes walk from everywhere in Bath.

The room was clean and tidy. Location is 10minutes from city and the staff was really courteous. There was a charge for the parking which I thought was quite unnecessary as it is just behind the hotel.

Its cosy and clean. Couldn't sleep properly throughout the night because I could hear the footsteps above me very loudly as well as people talking.

Breakfast and David who helped us in every way he could. a)The owner charged the second instalment of my bill on my credit card without asking me. b) The brekfast area is in a basement with no view c) The presure of the water was very low and it was hard to take a proper shower

我们从london到bath的火车晚点了，老爷爷非常nice的电话问询是不是走丢了，booking的- 时候说没有早餐，可是到了之后老爷爷说everything included哈哈，顿时觉得房价很值，毕竟是easter旺季

房间很干净很温馨，里面的老爷爷人非常好，起晚了也特别开心的给我们做早饭，还给我们打折的小卡，很开心~-

服务态度还可以 房间根本不是我定的那间，浴室太小，洗完澡水倒出都是，wifi有和没有一样，除了一楼和楼梯搜得到，房间- 里根本不能用。花那么多钱太亏了
