Very reasonable rates, 30 meters from tube station, 30 min walk to twickenham rugby stadium, good breakfast and friendly service. could do with breakfast running later after night out.

My stay was great due to the staff being so friendly. The breakfast service was excellent especially for the price I paid to stay there! I would stay there again but it is too far out from where I wanted to be. The only negative is the smell, they need to have air fresheners plugged in around the building just to give it a nice fresh airy smell but that would be all.

Location right next to tube. The staff are excellent Breakfast too early. Finishes 8.30 am. I was given room 5 this time. The sink in the shower drains very slowly so you have to finish shower v quickly or stop and start water several times

Staff were courteous and efficient Room was clean, shower and bathroom good. It did the job. It was a cheap rate. It was right next to tube and a cheap good pub. I had a back facing room, so front may have been noisy on a busy road.

The staff was friendly, especially one boy who helped us with the luggage and took it upstairs for us. The room was very spatious, considering London's B&B standards and even if the hotel is quite close to Gatwick airport it wasn't noisy at all. Breakfast was good and full English breakfast was available. Very good free wi-fi connection. 2 minutes walk from Hounslow central tube station on the Piccadilly line. Great value for money. The hotel could have been much more clean. Our room wasn't cleaned every day and neither towels or toilet papers were replaced. The breakfast room is in the basement and is really in need of some improvement.

The guest house is ideally situated 2 mins from the tube station so is very good for travelling to Heathrow with heavy cases and there is a nice pub next door plus convenience store across the road if you arrive late. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast room was like going down into the "dungeons" and needs to be made much more welcoming, however the food was ok.

Good value for money, safe parking at back of building. Only 100 metres from tube station, good for a visit into town. Rooms and furniture outdated, small tv, no reading lights.

It was available, cheap, free car parking, not too dirty and close to Twickenham. The beds were rickety and uncomfortable. The curtains did not block out any light.The cut off for breakfast time was very early.

Unpretentious guest house, clean & comfy, friendly & helpful. Easy access by road from M3 & M4, secure free parking, very close to a zone 4 tube station for town or Heathrow. Sensibly priced. We were on a weekend break on a limited budget and this was perfect for convenience and cost. No problems at all.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location Lack of cleanliness on arrival. Dirty drawers, dead bugs in them. No blankets in the middle of freezing temps! Only a single sheet and bed cover. I did not sleep well one single night and they claimed to have no blankets...,

I wanted somewhere to stay overnight, handy to Heathrow. This was perfect, very close to a tube station. Be warned that the tube station has stairs, and no lift that I could see - if you have lots of heavy bags this could be a problem. Although the room was small, it was cheap and you get what you pay for; it was perfectly satisfactory for one night. The shower, while small, had plenty of hot water. The breakfast was very good. The staff were a bit surly, but I was not there to make friends.

Very friendly staff. My problem with the place is that the lino in the bathroom was not flat with the floor, the bathroom door was nearly off its hinges, there were no blankets nor duvets; just a counterpane. The plumbing was unusual because the position of hot and cold was reversed from the conventional. There was continuous mechanical noise below us from a fan presumably. In short the building had been badly fitted out.
