Easy location for public transportation - very close to Heathrow - very quiet - staff was very accommodating (especially at 6:00 am!) Room was very spacious for 3 people. Very reasonable rates for London. Breakfast room in basement was dingy and unwelcoming. No hooks or shelves in tiny bathroom for toiletries. Lots of stairs (but we were expecting that.)

The location is very convenient for travellers. By foot, it is about 2 minutes away from the Hounslow tube station. There are a few fast food restaurants and a small groceries store (that is rather like a convenience store) for fruits, all right across the road. Plus, there is a small shopping center that is about 5-10 minutes walking. The staff is very friendly and kind and willing to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast is actually quite substantial and gives a little something to start off the day. The room is too small for our liking, there is barely enough space on the floor to put the suitcases. Some nights were a bit more noisy if you happen to have a room facing the street. Overall, nothing too major.

Very close to tube station Hounslow Central. Friendly staff. Full English breakfast served. Private parking area with CCTV (included in the room price). Can be noisy in the morning.

The staff were friendly, the neighbourhoods was quiet (except for the planes landing at Heathrow, but I'm quite sensitive to sounds), the food was good (English breakfast or cornflakes with milk) just the planes

Location very near Underground Station - Hounslow Central - about 100 mts - extremely convenient. Situation is excellent. Very easy to find when driving. Severeal small supermarket open until midnight just opposite. Friendly staff Confortable rooms, clean, free wi-fi, private complete WC Nice breakfast Absolutely no complaints. Price matches accomodation. Could not ask for anything more. Would definetely come back. Recommend it.

Its close to the airport The room didnt seem prepared.. The kettle was in the drawer snd so were the cups n coffee.. There was no drinking water either.

It was a typical Bed and Breakfast for London. Price was right, room was immaculate, bathroom in room was clean and had a good shower. It cost 26 pounds to get there by taxi from Heathrow Terminal 5. We had stayed overnight since we couldn't make a connection. We returned by the Tube for 4.50 each. It's just a block to Hounslow Central Station (weswt London). Found a great pub for dinner on the High Street: Moon under the Water. Breakfast next morning was made to order. Thought it was closer to the airport - it took 30 minutes by taxi to get there.

The location is ideal for a night before an early flight. In such circumstances, nothing else really mattetrs much. Breakfast starts at 7-00, which is rather late.
