Rooms were a bit cold
Location good Clean
Room was quite noisy from outside Concern that door had a gap
Location Quiet Bed Warmth Facilities
That we had to pay for the Wifi.
Decent sized room, excellent bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities
Couldn't work the TV. Keycard for the door took a long time to work, but Reception staff said they were changing the system soon.
Location Welcome Helpful staff Large room with good facilities Comfortable bed Good sized bathroom with bath Good choice of breakfast
Thin walls, could hear snoring from next room !
They haven't really cleaned the room. They only put the bed in order.. The towel was with blood blot and there was no sope in the room.
The room was on the Amal side, but nicely furnished and clean. En suite facilities the same. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is well positioned with Hyde Park on doorstep and good connections to Central London. Tube is very close, and plenty of passing taxis.
The room was very small but well laid out.
The facilities in the room have probably not been upgraded since the 80's..very disappointed..
I travelled with my sister and we both enjoyed the close proximity to central London, having such a wonderful park as is Kensington Gardens on our doorstep and the lovely restaurant Island Grill and Bar nearby.
We were disappointed with the noise from outside our room (we were on the first floor at front of building). It was noise from Delivery Men in the very early hours of the morning. I was also a bit peeved having paid for the use of the Internet to book my boarding pass that the printer didn't have a cartridge. This is something that seemed to cause confusion to the staff ???? and they kindly printed it off at reception. This is something small but needs to be addressed.
Comfortable location directly at Hyde Park
Internet could have been free
the facilities are very good and the location is easy to find and quiet.
The room for tow was very narrow~
Location and access to public transport.
Cleanliness of room. Poor condition of bathroom. Dirty linen. Cost of wifi.
This hotel offered great value for money is well positioned for public transport and well deserves its star rating, didn't eat there but the food seemed fairly well priced for London, however there is a superb little cafe just round the corner.
pillows a bit hard and quilt a bit tired
It has everything, the personal was likely and very helpfull, and open 24 hours. The breakfast was wonderful and the street the hotel laid in was a quiet area. Will recomend this to the fullest. We are defently going back! Thanks for a wonderful time!
Location, staff. Food and value
Poor noise insulation of rooms. Good hear conversation on adjoining rooms and corridors, interesting!
As always excellent value. Food choice excellent. Rooms clean and comfortable.
Very good breakfast and quiet position. Lovely building and frequent buses round the corner for the West-end.
Two beds pushed together for a double - ridge down the middle, but clean and comfortable.
Booked the hotel at reduced rates, good location, but I wouldn't book it at the full price.
Rooms very small. Breakfast poor and expensive.
Very convenient for a meal and then to the Albert Hall.
Breakfast and service from staff Also reception staff was very helpful...........
Quiet but interesting location. Ideally situated for buses and tube to all London locations.
Breakfast overpriced at £12 per person.
Ideal location for our needs, very friendly and helpful staff.
Sleepless night due to location of room (522) at rear of hotel above air-conditioning plant and faulty double glazing seals. Unable to change room (at 2am) as we were told hotel was full.
staff are indifferent -- too many stairs - small room - food
