Conveniently placed, plenty car parking spaces, comfortable beds. Pleasant, helpful staff. Good breakfast.
The traffic in and out of the town!
Room was a good size Staff were helpful Beds comfortable and clean. Big car park.
The hotel was a long way out; we spent a small fortune on car parking in the centre of Lancaster. Conversely, it was also an easy hop back onto the motorway so as to come into Lancaster from the other side. Tea and coffee in room was poor quality We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was very poor in terms of both value and cooking skills. Hotel was tired - door readers to gain room entry were a constant frustration. Shower a bit pathetic. Hotel packed with coach parties.
The bed was so comfy, best nights sleep I've had in ages. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent value. Pool looked nice, but we didn't have time to try it, maybe next time!
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent.
Breakfast wasn't served early enough.
Huge room with two beds, very comfortable. Handy location.
shower head needs replacing, drinks in the bar are expensive.
access clean excellent staff value for money
had to pay for wi fi
I ordered a very simple meal and it was so badly cooked that I had to refuse to eat it and send it back. I have never had to do this before. Too close to the road to expect a decent night's sleep.
Convenient location. Spacious, comfortable room
Noisy public area and dining room. Staff in dining room seemed slightly stressed.
Pool and leisure facilities.
We had bedrooms at the front of the hotel and noise from the main road outside was very bad. Next time I'd require a room at the rear.
1. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in. 2. WiFi incredible expensive £16 I think, for 24 hours
Every aspect, perfect position for cycling and sightseeing.
Nothing to dislike. Well done to all staff.
pretty well every thing
Mattress was uncomfortable
The gap under the door which let too much light into the room if you like sleeping in a dark room.
dirty glass in room and half empty bottle of water previous occupants room key & train tickets left in room mattress protector not put on bed properly and bottom sheet not on bed so had to strip bed and re-make before getting in, could have rung down to reception but we had arrived from Isle of Man on ferry and very tired and it was after midnight and it was quicker to do it myself than wait for somebody to come and sort it out. I did advise reception in the morning This is the first time this has happened!
Convenient location for travellers and/or meeting people.
Prices; it is nothing spectacular. I have stayed in more luxurious places in more prime locations and paid less for both room and refreshments.
Location and cleanliness
Basic quality comparable with travel lodge but more expensive. Food order mix up- though it was rectified. Have to pay for water, not provided in room. Have stayed in several venues in Lancaster.... Won't revisit this one.
Very friendly staff, easy to find, very clean, very comfortable beds and plenty of space in the room and bathroom. Plenty of parking - will definitely stay there again if visiting the area.
Easy to get to. Just off the motorway. Plenty of parking. Clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely breakfast.
Noisy room at the front of the hotel above the function room entrance and smoking point!!!
Breakfast with pancake machine. Comfy bed and pillows. Good pay to view films Staff. welcome. location
The hotel was a typical Holiday Inn -clean and well looked after. Decor good if bland. It was easy to find -just off the M6. The room was large with two double beds. It was lovely and quiet - even though we stayed on a Friday night - no midnight rrevellers The breakfast choices were good. The receptionist present whilst we were checking out was lovely and friendly and helpful.
Friendly helpful staff.
Shower was very poor quality.
Excellent service and food in the restaurant. Ease of parking. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Bathroom a bit dated.
Friendly staff, plenty of parking, good breakfast
