Nice clean rooms. Good tea and coffee making facilities. Close to West end for shows. Shared Toilets, on same floor but not en suite to rooms. Ok for young and fit, but not really convenient for elderly relative who accompanied us. No bar in hotel - directed to sister hotel over the road for `bar' but had to wait sometime for staff to appear from another hotel to serve us. |

I was impressed by the hospitality of the hotel staff, both at the reception desk and the breakfast room. My friend was also grateful to them for helping her organiasing the early morning trip to the airport. None - it was wonderful. |

Location is excellent, close to British Muesum, West End, Covent Garden, Oxford Street, etc. Booking.com stated it had internet access (wired) in rooms. It had no internet access. Staff were efficient but rude. |

kind of central, very near to the SOHO area, also located in a quiet street. well, I only saw after the booking, that the toilet was not in the room, but on the hallway. No Elevator to get luggage upstairs (was located on 3rd floor) |

nice spacious room and friendly staff when on reception duty (not otherwise - see below) I did not like being woken up by noisy members of staff at 8am hanging around in an office outside my room on a Saturday and Sunday morning. I actually had to get out of bed to ask them if they would please be quiet or at least close the door. They did not apologise and looked offended that I had asked them if they would mind keeping the noise down. |

Location, location, location Dette hotellet trenger muligens oppussing. Ganske gammelt bygg, og gulvene er både knirkete og ujevne. Heis hadde vært en fordel! Man må regne med mye trappe gåing. |

La excelente localización, al lado del British Museum. La habitación "superior" era muy pequeña y situada en el subsuelo. Por la noche hacía frío. El último día trataron de cobrarnos los desayunos que no habíamos tomado, un detalle penoso. |

La localisation à deux pas du British Museum est idéale. En outre, il y a une station de métro relativement proche qui permet une circulation optimale dans la ville. Le petit déjeuner est à la base relativement cher (plus de 16 €) et quelle ne fut pas notre surprise de constater que l'English Breakfast n'était pas inclus. Il fallait en effet débourser quasiment 7 € supplémentaires... |

Mkt trevlig o hjälpsam personal. Det var rent o fint överallt. Vi hade bokat ett dubbelrum med dusch i rummet o toalett utanför. Problemet var bara det att det var en genomskinlig glasdörr till duschen. Vi förstod inte varför man inte hade kunnat välja ett med mönster. Nu var jag där med en tjejkompis men det kan vara jobbigt om man är på semester med en killkompis. |

die Mitarbeiter in diesem Hotel waren sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war schön groß und Bad sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und da in einer Nebenstrasse ruhig und entspannend. Wir waren nicht das erste Mal in diesem Hotel und werden auch wiederkommen. Frühstückspreis ist einfach zu hoch. wir haben außerhalb günstiger und besser gefrühstückt. |
