The relaxed atmosphere friendly staff beautiful rooms and excellent food. The location of the hotel is also a huge advantage . |

Good location near Rail and Tube stations. Room was 'Executive' which was large, comfortable, and quiet. |

The location of the hotel was good and the staff was nice. It's a pretty lobby. I don't think the Landmark can really be called a 5 star establishment. Four or three stars, perhaps. For example, an iron or a safe wasn't available in our hotel room. These are standard for most hotels and I was very disappointed that such a place wouldn't have such simple amentities. Our room didn't smell particularly pleasant either. Although pretty, it's not worth the price. |

one of the most stunning hotels I've ever stayed at, beautiful rooms and a superb restaurant. paid for my room by a card, the receptionist then telephoned our room and claimed that they did not take that card, i checked my bank balance and indeed the money had been debited from my account, we then agreed to pay cash but to add insult to injury a £250 cash deposit was demanded on top of the £250 charge for the room.... basicly I had to part with around £700 before I could be left in peace! |

The hotel is very nice, the staff were excellent, the food was good, but i did think the breakfast was a bit expensive at £28 per person. |

L'Hôtel est très bien placé à Londres, près des commerces et d'une gare de métro. L'ambiance du hall sous la verrière est très agréable et les chambres spacieuses. Excellent petits déjeuners, un peu chers... |

Evoluer dans un bâtiment marqué par l'histoire Les chambres sont surchauffées, on ne peut pas ouvrir les fenêtres, le conditionnement d'air produit par la climatisation est désagréable (courant d'air et bruit). Les équipements de la chambres sont dépassés. Le SPA n'est pas très agréable. |

In London maar toch rustig gelegen, zeer goed bereikbaar Ramen waren niet te openen. Bij nader navraag op dag van vertrek kon dit worden verzocht aan de receptie. |

La surface des chambres familiales, la diversité du buffet, le spa. La décoration, l'hotel en général qui apporte un vrai plus par rapport à la concurrence. Les fenêtres qui ne souvrent pas , personne pour nous accompagner jusqu'à notre chambre le jour de notre arrivée. |
