Friendly, attentive staff, beautiful room, wonderful anniversary stay Very picky but didn't like the smell of the bath products-just a personal choice and not at all the fault of the hotel |

nothing was to much trouble for the hotel staff. I felt the price i piad for the room that breakfast and use of the spa should have been included. |

Very friendly staff Outside of the white table linen area ..... relaxation / reading area or bar not available ... perhaps due to refurb etc ... not sure , but during afteroon no where to take a drink / relax outside of the restaurant in the centre |

Typical 5 start luxury hotel with the services you can expect in this class. Conviniently located. Highly overpriced not only for the rooms but also for breakfast even taking UK price levels into account. |

The relaxed atmosphere friendly staff beautiful rooms and excellent food. The location of the hotel is also a huge advantage . |

O atendimento no restaurante e no Mirror bar foi muito atencioso. Resposta da recepção via de regra é rude. No dia do checkout, pedi late checkout de apenas uma hora adicional, foi-me secamente negado, mas fiquei 45 minutos aguardando retirada da bagagem do quarto, por ineficência do hotel. Ou seja, na verdade eu poderia ter tido um late checkout, mas por razão de dizer o que está no protocolo não deram a menor atenção ao pedido de um hóspede que ali ficou por treze dias. |

Le service haut de gamme de l'ensemble du pesonnel ainsi que l'élégance de cet hotel L'accès à la piscine pour 10 livres fait "mesquin" pour un établissement de cet game |

L'Hôtel est très bien placé à Londres, près des commerces et d'une gare de métro. L'ambiance du hall sous la verrière est très agréable et les chambres spacieuses. Excellent petits déjeuners, un peu chers... |
