    LOCATION

    TOILET STARTED LEAKING AND HAD TO CALL SOME ONE AT THREE IN THE MORNING TO KEEP IT FROM FLOODING ROOMS BELOW. NOT ABLE TO GET ANY SLEEP AS WE WERE FLYING OUT THE NEXT MORNING. THEY APOLIGIZED AND THAT WAS IT.

    Everything. Food & drink is amazing, people are lovely. Spa is fantastic.

    They lost my partners bag when he checked in late, but I was able to resolve this the next morning

    On arrival we were releived of our cases at the door. we went to our room and chocolate strawberries were awaiting us they were lovely thank you, then our cases were brought up to us. Nice We loved our meals in the winter garden resturant. we were so well looked after, Lots of goodies were given to us as it was our anniversary and my Grandsons 18th Birthday. We will be returning also this hotel reminds me of Gaylord Palms in Florida and I love it there also.

    There was nothing about this hotel I didn't like. It's just lovely.

    Clean and spacious room, Attentive, helpful and professional staff, nice environment! And it's located just outside the London congestion charge zone!

    Nothing but it'd be great if there's a iron (& ironing board) in the room.

    In our subjective view, all or nearly all in this hotel have the highest quality standards. The building itself as a kind of castle, is perfectly located in the fashionable area of London - Marylebone. Near the hotel there is the metro Marylebone station, from where You can easily reach all major attractions of London. And most importantly, the high price of stay corresponds to the high level of service quality. As they say now in Russia - do not regret spending money on yourselves - all this will pay off in the future.

    Atrium for breakfast was great and the room a good size for a family.

    Beautiful hotel, staff really friendly and, luxurious facilities. Conveniently located in front of Marylebone Station.

    Firstly, having to pay for the use of the pool! I contacted the hotel a few days before arriving and asked if we could have free use of the pool and we were assured that we could, but when my husband went to the spa he was told he had to pay. Secondly, for the price you pay to stay at the Landmark it's a shame you don't have free wifi for the duration of your visit instead of just the first two hours!

    1.The helpfull highly professional staff. 2. The size and standard of the room. 3. The excellent room service. 4. The friendly efficient check in and out.

    There was nothing that we did not like but just a comment, the only option offered for lunch on Saturday was the atrium, it would have been nice to have a more casual alternative

    Great location for Lords cricket and Marylebone Station. Good sized rooms. Excellent staff

    Took three tries to find the room I thought I had booked; but then got upgraded to a suite.

    As whole is very nice hotel,but see what I did not like, would be reseaon to go compatitor...rgds,s

    Anno 2015 you cannot charge your customers these amount for internet anymore, that feels like " cheeting" and is highly anoying.... Even better to raise hotel room rate 10 pounds and give internet free.....but with ther room rate you have, you should not be penny wise pound foolish.... S

    Loved our stay at The Landmark Hotel. Staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us! They Made my husbands birthday trip really special. The hotel is beautiful and is our favourite hotel! Thank you Landmark, we plan to stay more often.

    Location Cleanness Luxury Big rooms (lots of space) Good value for money Easy checking in and checking out Security.

    In the booking.com email, it said clearly that the hotel WILL NOT take any deposit, but when I arrived they asked for 200 pounds deposit, and that upset my budget so much. I asked for late checkout and didn't get it. I had to wait for two hours for my room to be ready although I told booking.com that I will be arriving at 1pm.

    Staff genuine and v. helpful. Spa was fabulous although children in the main pool was a bit annoying but can't be helped. Mirror Bar was lovely. Gorgeous design and comfort of rooms and stunning Winter Garden. Will definitely be back
