Turndown service although I had a no disturbance sign turned on... I felt that my privacy was encroached... I also didn't like the breakfast that I had at the hotel so much (I think it was too expensive)...
The staffs are friendly and well trained. I love the environ, the garden and the restaurant. Its also easy to find and commute from. The service is the best i've seen so far in London.
It took a long time for the room to get warm, my kids were cold for a while. They should get a better heating system.
I loved the opulence and grandeur of the hotel. The fact it was right next door to Marylebone station. The service from staff was very good on the whole. I am a vegan, and the chef was very thoughtful in catering for my requirements, but this wasn't always consistent. I liked the fact that we managed to get a late spot at the spa as well.
I had made a formal request, via the hotel's own website, and again at reception when we arrived, that I had dietary requirements. But I had to repeat my requirements at every mealtime. And even though explained in detail that being a vegan meant no dairy, on some dishes there was butter mixed in, and in some cases the chef or waitresses forgot about me and have the same level of attention that they gave on our first evening, which was a shame, and I would have expected a higher level of service in this area from a 5 star hotel. Also , they were very late bringing our bags down from the room, we had to chase them up several times, which resulted in us missing our train !
Staff couldn't do enough for you and would go the extra mile. Very attentive. Provided mini robes for the children and put a soft teddy and (lots of) chocolate on the bed for the children too. Huge rooms with plenty of space.

The Landmark is always a pleasure , great hospitality towards guests , lovely Spa .. Spacious rooms , friendly staff + nice cocktails .
The bed was way to hard + no phone chargers in hand .. Apart from that all well .
Upgraded to a suite with a bottle of champagne and small birthday cake which made the occasion extra special The staff were very polite and helpful, contributing to the enjoyment of our stay
Nothing to report
Everything about the whole weekend, the moment we arrived at the hotel until we departed. The bill was hurtful but we enjoyed a much deserved break,, even the grand children.
There was nothing I did not care for all was great..
Family room size was spacious and comfortable for four of us. Pool was a nice addition. Staff was extremely helpful and quick to answer any needs.
Breakfast buffet was medicare and crowded but it was a busy week,
friendly staff,nice location and room giving the feeling of cleanliness.

had a meal in the twenty 2 restaurant we paid 104 pounds but both of us left the restaurant hungry food was nice but scarce on the plate,also the breakfast was extremely overpriced at 29 pounds then they have the nerve to add 5 pound cover charge
The staff in the hotel were probably the best I've come across. So polite and helpful. Had sunday lunch in the winter garden which I would highly recommend, the staff here were also fantastic. From previously spending time over the Christmas period in the mandarin oriental I would much prefer to stay here. Many thanks for a terrific stay! We will be back again soon!

The service from all the staff at the Landmark was outstanding. They were all pleasant, respectful and personable. I have never seen service like this in the UK - well done Landmark staff - you made my short visit memorable and very relaxed.
This is a lovely hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming, the location is superb, and our room was wonderfully comfortable, quiet and well equipped.

Wow! Elegant hotel, v attentive and courteous staff. Room huge , beautifully furnished v comfy bed lovely bathroom spotlessly clean . Great food - we're coming again!!
I felt like once we were in our room you were away from everything. Very comfortable and would stay again.
If I could be picky the only thing was I had to wait 15 mins to check in as it was so slow.
- They have a washer in each bathroom and it is amazingly suitable for Arabs and Muslims - their breakfast is very good - the conceierge attitude is good - staff are friendly
