Very large and comfortable exclusive rooms. Fantastic looking building and very quiet and relaxing. It is a luxury hotel with an expected luxury price tag but prices for drinks (and breakfast) is considerably higher than those at other luxury hotels that I have stayed at across the world.

The free upgrade to a suite and the excellent meal in the Winter garden Restaurant That the menu prices were EXCLUDING VAT, so the extra 20% on the bill at the end was a disappointment.

The Hôtel itself was perfect old school English but all in perfect condition. The family room was very very big and confortable by any standards !! and especially for London. Appreciated the fact that children's breakfast cost the equivalent of their age ! Cost of breakfast for adults is a bit steep

Very classic, opulent hotel with large rooms (compared to london standards). Central location walkable to Mayfair and the parks plus train station right opposite as well as buses. Room service food was also very good and very prompt. Would happily stay here again. Lack of free internet.

Hotels in London are often expensive and not worth the money - The Landmark delivers what it says on it's description - a luxury hotel set in a great location for business or vacation, close to all amenities and there's always a taxi outside to take you where you want to go!

The family room is quite good in size and comfy. The breakfast price is high and there should be an offer for the room to cover breakfast.

great staff, particularly reception. Just wanted a small breakfast, but apparently you have to have the full deal . Wouldn't it be possible to just have a bit of toast or something?

The entrance is grand and the atrium area is beautiful. The room was big and spacious. I had to share a bed with my daughter and my husband shared with my son. Why does the family room not have separate kid beds. The beds were were too hard.. The hotel charged you for everything outside of the room..This is the first time I have ever had to pay to use the swimming pool and the hours for kid use were soo restrictive. The amount for breakfast was unbelievable. Charging close to $40 us dollars for breakfast is a rip off. To add to insult, they also charge 15 pounds for internet access per day. But the worse is to stay in a 5 star hotel and have to play with the toilet to make sure it will flush properly. I really can't see the benefit in staying at this hotel. You pay extra un-ordinary prices from the time you walk into the door. It is not my idea of a 5 star hotel. How sad!!!!!
