Everything was absolutlely superb.the staff was efficient professional but friendlly and helpful. The food was exellent. The room was beautiful.they even thought of an umbrella ...but fortunately did,nt need one. thank you Landmark Hotel London, Even when I switched the heating off the room was so hot .there was no window in my room & the French doors were locked with no key, Oh dear was cooked.

It is an excellent hotel which really measures its 5 stars. Enjoy wonderful winter garden on the ground floor. Staff is friendly.Rooms are comfortable and no noise from neghbours.

I arrived, rather tired quite late Saturday evening. The hotel appeared busy and I was told 'had a big wedding on'. At reception I was informed I had been upgraded to a junior suite. When I arrived at the room and entered the the bedroom I could hear vibrations fro he 'music below. I returned to reception to say as sleep was was main priority the room albeit a suite was unacceptable. I was instantly upgrade to the Presidential Suite. Rather grand foe a single traveller staying only one night. The manger phoned 15 minutes later to check is everything was ok.

A haven of calm tranquility , beautiful building, service superb, very central. A drop of pure luxury and a real treat for adults and children. The staff are very welcoming towards the children and the pool is lovely. There wasn't anything to 'not like'

Very close to marylebone station , location , clean , friendly staff , family room was excellent , room space , close to many interest places , close to a supermarket , perfect for families . Wi-fi not free

Large comfortable rooms with excellent quality beds and quite air con which worked properly. Excellent and discreet room servicing including turn down My booking was a pre-paid rate which was made and confirmed with a credit card at the time of booking. The hotel insisted that I had not paid and pursued me for payment for two days. This included embarrassing me in front of my family by not only revealing the price of the rooms (which had been a gift and surprise) but also by saying that my credit card had been declined at the time of booking (untrue) therefore payment had not been taken. I refused to pay and told them to take it up with Booking.com. They did so and subsequently apologised and provided a bottle of champagne as an apology. SImply not good enough and spoilt my stay, They chose to hassle me rather than do their job!

The service was absolutely first class. We arrived at 10am after travelling through the night. Check in was not till 3pm but they upgraded us, found a room right away & allowed us to check in early. So friendly & professional. It's a top hotel so you just need to remember that in terms of the price of drinks / food. Buffet breakfast was £30pp.

Excellent Hotel with lovely staff. Price though expensive but in the range of other 5 start hotels in Central London. It would be a good idea if complimentary water is provided on daily basis.

The breakfast was fantastic. The Mirror Bar was great & the staff in this bar in particular were brilliant. Check in & check out was very slow. We were put in a smoking room despite putting non-smoking on the booking as our preference. It made sleeping in the room very unpleasant. The champagne I'd pre- ordered to come to the room didn't show up so I had to call room service to chase it.

We decided to add a day to our holiday, we flew in from Hong Konng that morning and booked that day. Lovely added bonus day to our holiday, the onloy downside was that I had managed to pick up a lovely virus on our flight back. However it made it easier to cope with being in a luxury hotel rather than at home!

Good value, good service That even as a hotel guest you had to pay to use swimming pool. The area and walk from baker street to the hotel location is not one I would choose again.

Very central location. Prompt concierge services. Nice relaxing ambience. Hot and cold water not combined control - has to turn the cold water tap on and then the hot water tap. Has to turn off one by one again. Very inconvenient. Bath tub - shower control ok. But difficult to run a both. Seems to have no direct running water from normal tap. Tv- Remote control channel changing extremely slow. Very inconcenient. Room door - made a very loud noise when closing each time. Frightening.
