I love lands of loyal, everything about it
The welcome and comfort. Nothing was too much trouble. They even asked us when would we like breakfast.
The staff quietly & competently look after your needs and are attentive without being intrusive. They obviously take pride in their work and tidy, stoke fires & plump up cushions whilst you relax in a very comfortable atmosphere. All results in a very pleasant stay.
Fantastic main lounge with large roaring fireplace. Welcoming friendly staff. Superb restaurant and well equipped rooms. We stayed there for a bit of après ski. Fits the bill perfectly. Thoroughly recommend.
I couldn't get the wifi to work. Minor niggle.
Almost perfect indulgent break. Hotel was lovely. Staff were lovely.
Vegetarian choice a bit limited.
Very nice hotel with good staff and a good pocation
Almost afraid to leave review as I would like this to remain an undiscovered gem that I can book any time I want to! But it seems only fair to review it as we found it. There's something quite magical about this place and it is by far my favourite hotel in Scotland.
Great facilities, fantastic food, and some of the best customer friendly, attentive and welcoming people. Nothing was too much trouble, a truly fantastic place. I would thoroughly recommend a visit
leaving to come back home
Getting away from it all. The public lounge is something special. Spacious comfortable bedroom. Friendly attentive staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Brilliant food, and plenty of it.
The only thing we don't like about it is not being able to live there permanently.
Baronial splendor. Beautiful grounds. Period decorations. Roaring wood fire in the main lounge. Afternoon tea. Excellent menu in the dining room. Within walking distance of the village. Popular with hunters and wedding parties. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.
Not a thing.
Owners and staff were just lovely. We were very well looked after and the food was just amazing. We would highly recommend and will return.
We had no dislikes
Loved the hotel and the food was amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to find hotel and very spacious rooms/suits.
Poor WiFi and far too hot in the main living room. No need for fire to be lit when it's sufficiently warm already.
Staff were superb. Everyone we came into contact with could not have been more friendly or helpful. They are all clearly committed to the hotel and to ensuring the customer experience is as enjoyable as it can possibly be. They work as a team. Truly a special place and experience. Attention to detail was phenomenal. Strongly recommend it and intend to return.
Perfect service, friendly staff, they've got it just right! Wonderful food. We had a fantastic two night stay!
Very friendly and helpful staff. A great location which is peaceful and quiet. The food is also very good.
We felt like VIPs. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The location allowed us to visit much of Perthshire, Angus and up into the highlands. Definitely return to be pampered again.
The View from the hotel & the fire place, Beautiful Building inside & out,
The Manager/ Owner very unwelcoming Not easy to talk to, dose not listen to what you are saying. Room very dusty could have been better hovered, Food far to expensive for size of portions, Lounge chairs all worn not comfortable
Beautiful setting, friendly staff and gorgeous old building.
Cobwebs on the bathroom ceiling!
My husband walked into a cobweb hanging from the ceiling - please be asured we know spiders can spin a web very quickly. However, on the far side of the room on the ceiling I noticed quite a few cobwebs. I did not like to say while we were staying as we are not the type of people who expect to get something of the bill - that is not our intention. Only to make sure the Lands of Loyal hotel keeps standards to a maximum and to ensure no anti spider guests start screaming in the night. Kind regards - Jacci
Beautiful location Gorgeous decor Friendly and extremely accommodating staff Fantastic food Wonderful venue for a wedding
lovely hotel! warm welcome on arrival, lovely log fire in the great room. room was spotless and bed very comfortable. food was delicious and portions generous. fresh flowers on table lovely. we will definitely return again.
artificial flower arrangements were unnecessary and unattractive,
The staff were extremely nice. The food was excellent, if pricey.
