This hotel was only really picked because we had an early appointment nearby the following morning. It was a basic hotel under refurbishment though. Din't use any of the facilities but the staff were helpful. Parking arrangement was good. Parked right outside. There is double parking on each side of the road as it is exteremely wide. cost £4 per day. The hotel is not much to write home about but it is basic and warm. The plumbing was quite dire though. It took ages sometimes for the bath and sink to clearaway. |

The staff at reception and the bar were very pleasant and made us feel welcome. The bath in the room was very dated and not very appealing but the overall comfort of the room was good value for the money. |

The staff were very friendly and the location is good for Hove The room was dated and the price doesn't reflect that. It may be demand is high in the area so the price is based on that. |

Good size room with nice high ceiling. Furnishings all very tired and it does not take long to remove flaky paintwork on a window cill and repaint. In a word 'tired' |

The staff were very friendly and parking was easy (although we did not stay at peak time so not sure what parking would be like then). Good location as a bit quieter than staying in Brighton but only a 15 minute walk to the town centre. Only a stones throw from the sea front and very easily accessable. Rooms are clean and well presented. Telly reception and availability wasn't great |

The staff on reception were extremely helpful and always smiling, the room was comfortable and had everything we needed, breakfast was delicious and served promptly with a smile. Excellent staff The only slight niggle was our shower had hardly any water coming out of it, this wasn't a huge problem as we were only staying one night however if our stay had been longer this may have been a problem |

In view of the beach from the front porch. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, room was a bit dated but clean, 20 minute walk to central Brighton but a nice stroll back in the evening along the prom. No night life in the bar area, very quiet. |

Good service The price, overall the hotel did not warrant a £110 a night price tag. Although nothing else negative to say about our stay |

The hotel is really nice, beautifully located, with spacy bathroom, the breakfast has really suprised me -- it was more than generous and included. The only thing i want to mention -- try to be not allocated on the 3rd floor -- in this case you probably have to take the shower bending down (slope of the roof). |
