Overlooking Underhill Park, Langland Road B&B is situated in the heart of picturesque Mumbles. The elegant Victorian house offers hearty cooked breakfasts and 4-star rooms with free Wi-Fi. The rooms felt individual and home like. The individual pots of jams were a nice touch at breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of biscuits with the coffee would be nice.

Great B&B! Lovely spacious room, fabulous breakfast and very friendly and helpful owners, just wished we could have stayed longer.

The guys running the B&B were fantastic. They were extremely friendly, helpful, informative, easy to get along with and cooked a great breakfast. They accommodated my wife's gluten free needs extremely well. Facilites were very clean. The B&B is within easy walking distance of the shopping and restaurant areas that are close by. We have booked to return again in about a month or so. nothing

The detail of all the fixtures and fittings, every area of the room and breakfast had been thought about. The parking was easy, the food recommendations were excellent, the location for exploring was fantastic. The hosts were friendly but not too intrusive-perfect! That there were no bath towels, the towels supplied were too small for women to use. And the hot water was a bit unpredictable.

Everything, from the welcome to farewell, it was a very high quality B&B merging onto a boutique uniqueness lovely down to earth service along with all those little things that make a stay worthwhile Nothing much exept the absolutely freezing weather which had nothing to do with the hosts

Lovely rooms with thoughtful touches. Very friendly and helpful service. Delicious breakfast. Good location. Having to park on the other side of a busy road - but at least there was ample parking space!

David and Giles were excellent hosts, the food delicious, the room very nice and overall a very good experience. The mattress was slightly odd in that my husband and myself felt like it lent towards the wall (with the window) and we felt like we were going to roll out of the bed!

The room was fabulous.....even had a wall mounted fish tank. Great styling. The bed was huge and very comfortable David & Giles were very welcoming and friendly - great hosts. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Small hand towel a bit too small for drying hair, though this was no big deal as the other towels were large.

warmth, comfort & cleanliness of room. Water/wine in rooms. FRESH milk for tea (no awful UHT packets!!!) Friendliness of welcome..extensive advice on what to see/do/where to eat. Minor point...get rid of little packets of jam at breakfast ... substitue whole pots on buffet bar. Most guests would absorb any extra cost entailed.

Most thing, but breakfast good and hosts very flexible, very clean and tidy facility, very nice fixtures and fittings. our bed was huge, two 3/4's pushed together, would have prefered a standard king, with no joint in the middle.
