I liked the excellent position in the center of West End. You are near the subway and bus stations and of course near British Museum (3 minutes). |

It was convinient to reach all major attraction spots within 10 to 15 min. walking distance. Heating was unbearable, it was too hot in the room and they should do something about it. |

went to the British Library this time a company of Russian football-fans the next door was too noisy at nights, the shared bathrooms could be cleaner through a whole day, it would be fine to have an opportunity to charge a mobile phone at the room |

Close to underground and within walking distance of Covent Garden, Oxford street etc. Good cooked breakfast and comfortable/clean bed. Thankfully we didnt have any bed bugs- as mentioned by others! An en-suite bathroom would be nice. But having stayed here before many years ago I knew that we would have to share. |

One boy, at the reception, was very gentle. the breakfast was ridiculus, wasn't good and the 3 persons who served us was unliked. No smile, it was like they didn't want to be there ! |

The staff was friendly and the location was excellent, it was in the nearby of 4/5 different tube lines so we were able to go everywhere from there. It is a 5/10 minute walk from Soho and Covent Garden that are full of reastaurants and pubs. Also the breakfast was good. The Cleanliness of the room wasn't great, but towels were clean and they changed them everyday, bedsheets were also clean (at least they appear so). It was a little inconvinient to have the bathroom outside the room and we have the room on the 3rd floor without elevator so it was uncomfortable to go up and down to he hall. I wouldn't recommend it to elder people and people with little children. |

After reading reviews I admit we were apprehensive of the state of the hotel, hoever we were pleasantly surprised. I dont know wether this was because we had low expectations or because we knew we'd got the cheapest hotel we could find in the location we wanted! We shared a quadruple room on the top floor and it was fine! No bedbugs or anything else silly that other reviews have said, it had 3 clean beds, a sink, coffee etc and a wardrobe. The staff were very friendly especially achilla the night receptionist who helped us order food after we'd had far too many drinks to be phoning anyone ourselves! If your looking for literally a bed to sleep in after a night out this is the place, if you want more youll have to pay more 4 somewhere else! Not really, obviously it wasnt the best hotel weve stayed in, but we just wanted somewhere to lay our heads for the night and we wernt expecting anywhere flash for £85 between the 4 of us! |

The horrible beds, scratchy, stained blankets, curtains(filthy & didn´t block out any street-light),TV didn´t function, the carpet was thick with dust,water-taps which could not be turned off (such waste!)the breakfast room lit by neon lights -ugly & depressing!,the breakfast room staff was grumpy, surely & inefficient, the milk was 0,05% fat - tasted watered- down and the ambulance-sirens all night long!!!!!! (Hospital at the end of the street) We were glad to go home! |

The proximity to the centre of London The internet advert gave a false representation of the hotel in terms of size or rooms, furniture, en suite and bathroom facilities. I specifically booked a room with a shower and was told on arrival that no rooms had en suite facilities. I later found that this was not true and apon presenting this, was told that they were broken! I was given no refund for the fact that the en suit room which I applied for was changed to a room with a basin alone. Only three bathrooms were available for residents in excess of 50. |
