Location is great. Very close to tube and bus stops. Size of the double room and decor good.
Reception and serving staff in kitchen poor service and poor attitude. Breakfast served cold with toast barely toasted. Gruby door frames. Cost dose not reflect a four star hotel. Would not stay again.
room too hot poor quality windows allowing too much noise it felt like i was sleeping in the middle of a busy high way
Great location Friendly staff Near the train and bus stations and near good restaurants
No elevator, not ideal for people with heavy bags on the top floors Electric kettle in room and glasses/cups were not so clean Small sink
Very very small room
The location was good and convenient for why I stayed there. The bathroom , the bed and TV was the best feature of the room.
The rest of the facilities did not look like a 4 star rating . The basement bedroom I was in, was very small and very warm. Although a fan was provided, the lead was not long enough , blocking the wardrobe area , as plug sockets were not in convenient places.
Great location lovely room
The breakfast, although I would have preferred to have finished my first course before having the second, hot, course plonked down in front of me!
The room! I have been in wider corridors! When lying on the bed, my feet were touching the wall at its foot. There was no place to store anything so I had to use the floor, leaving even less room for movement! The TV remote control unit needed replacing. There was no aircon, only a noisy electric fan. During my third day the room was not serviced.
Great location, clean, good wifi.
Shoebox room for single traveller, okay for me but anyone larger or claustrophobic may have issues.
Short walk to city and Soho. New bathroom, but small size.
The air-conditioning did not work very well, and when I opened the windows there was a lot of noise from the street traffic. Small bathrooms.
Location The fact that they still do a breakfast Helpful staff
It was a small room - but at least they warned me.
The Small room is too congested Obstacled access to Power source No air con in street side room. If you leave your window open to get air, you won't be able to sleep due to the traffic noise.
Great Location. Well appointed comfy rooms. Good breakfast. Able to leave luggage on day of departure. Very efficient friendly staff. Very clean.
Great location, close to tube stops and museums. Very safe area. Lovely breakfast. Clean room,, good wifi.
Very small room, but fine for one traveler.
Not enough seats in the breakfast room, we had to queue for a table.
very clean, staff lovely, very helpful would definitely stay again, short walk from euston st, would ask for ground floor, lovely hotel
breakfast room to small, times need extending, although room good had to go down steep stairs with a child, no storage in room
Rooms on the lower ground floor, Room LG 1 is close to the fans of the air condition - constant noise throughout the night(!!), Room LG 4 is close to kitchen and breakfast room - smells like bacon and eggs from 7 a.m., Not very clean, Staff seems to be uninterested
Good location, clean room, tea-pot and tea in the room.
The room is extremely small - around 5 square meters. It is stated that the hotel is 4 starts, but it does not have any stars. To expensive for the room provided.
Price and location
Lack of air condition in lower ground
I am usually absolutely fine with small rooms. But this was really too much. Less than twice the surface of the bed. I had to put my clothes on the ground...! The breakfast room was even worst: we always had to queue to find a place to sit...
Full English breakfast Walking distance from St. Pancras train station (location) Contemporary Décor Good WiFi
Tiny, tiny room Guy at the front desk was adequate, but stiff
Really great location and the rooms are very reasonably priced for London and their quality. The wi-fi is fast, air-con and in general the room quality was good. Would definitely stay again and recommend this as a place to stay for others!
Room was in the basement (the only one I think) and so I got woken up at about ten to 7 by the staff preparing the breakfast room. This didn't bother me much as I had to leave early but could've been a bother to other people. Saying that just ask to not have the basement room when you book and you'll be fine. Breakfast was fair, wouldn't win any awards but good seeing as it is included in the price of the room.
The shower was excellent.
Room was absolutely tiny, no air conditioning, like an oven, absolutely unbearable in the hot weather - so I had to open a window, which meant lots of traffic noise from the busy road outside all night and no sleep. A horrible night and I won't ever go there again.
It was a short distance from the hospital which was what we needed our room was ground level and was perfectly ok for what we needed especially as my daughter is blind but the step from toilet was a bit bad needs to be highlighted !!!
When we went down to breakfast there was not a lot of room and you felt very rushed especially as I have to explain everything to my daughter but as soon as we got to a table it was you want English breakfast before you have had chance to even sit down and I like to have orange juice and cereal first also our toast was put on our table straight away so was like cold cardboard by the time my daughter tried to eat some you need to be able to ask when you want your toast ,also fruit choices were very bland I had a pear which was very very ripe ,old !! I couldn't eat it .
The reception guy was helpful.
Dusty floor section between bed and wall... After reclaiming fallen pillow sneezed for hours afterwards... Room could be thoroughly vacuumed to improve comfort etc.
The room was very, very small,no air conditioner, only a fan:),no cold water on sink, only hot water. It was very, very hot in the room ...and the room very small.
