This hotel was comfortable and quiet and staff was very welcoming and was in a good location for us. I would definitely stay here again as on the whole it was very good value for money
Rooms were a bit on the small side and on one of the nights very late there was a delivery outside and woke us up as it was very noisy.
Size of room Size of bathroom Quality of bed Breakfast
Location is perfect.
The breakfast quality and the food area wasn't good.
Location and breakfast good with friendly helpful staff.
Single fold down bed uncomfortable and ensuite bathroom pretty cramped.
This is not a hotel. This is a bad Bed and Breakfast lodge. It does not deserve any star. Classify it as four-star hotel, is a joke. The rooms were the smallest room I have ever seen (some of them have less than 3 square meters), twice the size of a small twin bed. The description is very misleading. The personnel are very rude. The breakfast is terrible. The bathroom cannot fit a normal human being. The location is distant to underground and make the rooms noisy.

Everything about this hotel. Don't have much time to write full review but booking.com miss lead me to book stay at this hotel by giving 4 stars.
The hotel was 3 minutes away from The British Museum and Oxford st. 15 min. away from Trafalgar, Soho and Chinatown. The staff was really nice. Breakfast was excellent.
There were some minor issues such us my bed sheets were not changed in my entire stay, the shower was kind of clogged and I found a stock of someone else's socks under the bed, to be fair I didn't really care about that and I didn't complain. But the worst part was the poor wifi service that actually didn't allow me to book a shuttle bus to the airport the day before my departure. When I asked them to call a paid shuttle of their own, the staff did call, but the service stood me over and I end up losing my plane. I am not saying this was the hotel's fault, but if the wifi or shuttle service would have been better, I might have saved myself the trouble.
The location was great. The staff were very polite, professional and helpful. It was an excellent deal considering price, facilities etc
Bathroom could have been a tiny bit cleaner for it to be absolutely spotless.
The hotel is finished to a good standard the breakfast included was a benifit and quite substantial
The room was lovely, clean and big too. Comfy bed right at the top of the building. Great location to the tube station which got us everywhere really quickly.
No lift, had to lug heavy case up 4 flights of stairs where there was a Hoover left out with cord everywhere ready to break your neck on all up the stairs which stayed there for 2 days! Only full English at breakfast, no other choices and was very small when it came out.
excellent location nice environment
bathroom not perfectly clean (some hair in the shower) single room extremely small
It is clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The location is just perfect -- a 2-minute walk from the Goodge Street underground station and only 15 minutes away from Leicester Square on foot. There are several pubs and a supermarket near the hotel.
The Wi-Fi is indeed a bit too slow. The bathroom is too small. And the restaurant gets a bit crowded during breakfast -- I had to way to be seated more than once.
Listening to the kitchen staff radio/music at breakfast
Friendly Reception, clean room, location is close to underground station and oxford street, the shower room and good breakfast
too small single room no space to move in the room (shower room was very good with acceptable space but bathroom space was too narrow)
The room was 2x1m Super small room with no space and super small shower with no space Horrible breakfast Too expensive for the rooms
Reception staff were great, friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was poor quality and service at breakfast was poor.
Incredibly small rooms
The hotel is in a very good location
It was very dirty and the breakfast staff need training
Great location, value for money
Location was excellent literally 5 mins walk from Euston Train Station. Great bars, restaurants, theaters and shops very near by. From getting there to leaving the staff were very attentive and welcoming especially the reception and breakfast staff. Breakfast was very good and just the right size not to over facing service was excellent and friendly.
Our room was dusty, bedside tables, dressing table etc, bathroom sink took about 10 minutes to empty and the toilet sometime filled continuously after flushing. The bed was very uncomfortable seemed to have a mound in the middle, which made you to roll to the end in your sleep. Getting to sleep was also a problem you'd be surprised how much light a one and a half inch gap under the door will let in.
pillows were abit hard :)
Modern well fitted on suite bathroom, very clean, Good location and low cost for Central London.
Very small room. just big enough for the single bed and a little walking space around. No wardorbe, space to open suitcase or drawers but a few hangers on the wall.
We had to clean the room ourselves on arrival. The tea making making facilities were dirty, the beds were old, with unsupported mattresses and the curtains in the room were broken and would not close. The towels were old and falling apart. The smell throughout the hotel was unbearable and with no lift it was very difficult taking heavy luggage up the stairs. Warning! Do not stay in this hotel!
