Spacious room for three people. Our room was a convenient studio with kitchen and dining. The view from window is a beautiful and leafy Hampstead. Breakfast was excellent. Only the problem was a shortage of hot water. It easily ran out. We had to use shower in the very early morning or before eveningn when other guest did not use hot water. Otherwise, the water was very cold.

There was barely enough room to get in and out of the bed with no side table or light. In addition the bed wasn't long enough, I am 6` and my feet were hanging over the end. At night the route from the bathroom to the bed via the living area and down some stairs was perilous.

We were visiting people in Hampstead Heath and so the location was great. The hotel is 'no frills' but provides almost everything you would need. The net curtains were very dirty. The hot water in the bathroom shower was too hot and couldn't be turned down. Although there was a kettle in the kitchen area, there was no tea or coffee in the room.

Quiet hotel and near The Wellington Hospital where my husband was having an operation. I felt safe staying there on my own. Best continental breakfast I've had at an hotel. Fresh fruit salad (not tinned) and even a hot quiche. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some mould on the tiles in the bathroom

Great location - 5 minutes walk from Jubilee Tube station. Continental breakfast was good. Room was small which was ok for this trip since we were just using it for sleeping; very crowded with the suitcases in there. Difficult to watch tv comfortably due to the small room. Next time would choose one of the studio rooms or apartments - had a look at some and they looked good for the price. There was a grubbiness/tiredness to parts of the hotel but the bedding was clean and the breakfast area was fine.

Apart from one or two staff members the rest are rude and morose in their work. Breakfast is terrible and should not even be on offer if it can not be done decently. Clean enough but very old rooms. The staff and service are the most dissapointing elements. Won't return.

Liked the location and I got a great room, really spacious and nice. The beds were great too.. I arrived late at the hotel one night and the front door was locked. I rung the bell several times but nobody answered. I stood there for a good couple of minutes before I thought of calling the hotel. Then finally someone came and opened the door for me. As a woman travelling alone, I didn't like standing in front of the hotel in a quite area, I felt a bit unsafe.

I really liked the room and the decor, it was clean and well serviced. The desk staff were brilliant and helped me to sort out the parking voucher. The location was very good. The hotel has a lovely welcoming atmosphere. I really liked the arrangements for the parking, as it was very affordable. We hope to visit again next time we plan a few days in London. Although the breakfast was well presented and looked appetising, there were very few options if you were avoiding wheat! I managed with a bowl of fruit salad which was lovely, but of course the option of a cooked breakfast would have made the hotel perfect. In fact if there were any reason i would not stay again here, it would be the breakfast.

Our accomodation was a very good size and included bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. A very good breakfast was included in the price. Even though tubes to central London are a 5 minute walk away the hotel is in a very quiet side street. The only criticism was that the shower temperature was a little intermittent.

The room we stayed in was actually a studio flat, with everything you could need & was very quiet. There was no lift in the building-could be a problem for some people & there wasn't any convenient parking.

Leafy, quiet location, within walking distance of Hampstead shops and restaurants(10 mins), apartment spacious and generally clean. Bed comfortable, we had a great nights sleep with no noise or disturbance. Staff very pleasant and helpful, particularly in a booking a taxi on time. Decor a bit tired and needs updating, particularly the bathroom which had mildew around window, heating system noisy(not good if you're sleeping on sofa bed in room with boiler), radiators rusty in places the worse for wear. Was advertised as having tea/coffee facilities in apartment, nothing there apart from kettle.

Our room was a generous size, and was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast, included in the price, has to be one of the best hotel breakfasts that we have had in a long, time. All fresh fruits, fresh cheeses and meats as well as the pastries and croissants. And the tube station is five minutes walk. The bedroom walls were perhaps a little thin. Did't casue us any problems, but if our neighbour had watched TV I think we'd have heard it quite clearly!
