Excellent location, lovely breakfast. Efficient booking system
Carpets are rather worn and stained
Staff - friendly and helpful Location Comfy bed
Drab, tired looking rooms in poor state of repair Very poor sound proofing - thin walls, doors slamming, single glazed window. Basic breakfast. Not good value for monet.
location, spacious bed
the hotel could use a bit of refurbishement
The breakfast and food service was great
Noisey location people on street. Tatty condition carpet dirty stained and broken. Black mould Growing in bathroom. Bed a pillows rockhard. Had a bad night ooverall
V convenient and good sized, quiet, comfortable room. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
A little bit tatty and old fashioned, but still charming.
Calm and quite. Size of the 3 bed room was good. (306)
No vegetables to breakfast. Breakfast time was to short- (0730 - 0930).
No air con
accomodating staff/ quiet location
no neighborhood pubs pointed out or eatery tips for the area, something along this line left in the room would be great...
good hotel, friendly and efficent , good breakfast, locotion is perfect, room spacious and cleean
Close to the tube made everything easy to get to. Good value for money with lots of good value restaurants close by.
The location, just 3 blocks to the metro station and the few rooms in a reformed traditional english house
The atention of the waitress in the breakfast room
Liked the room which was quiet and overlooking the garden. A must on a hot day as the rooms are not air-conditioned. It was comfortable.
The furnishings looked a little tired. I was asked for proof of my ID if not a British citizen which has not happened to me before in hotels in London. Felt like I was at an immigration counter trying to gain entry into the UK.
+ location was perfect for my purposes of touring former neighbourhood of Hampstead and Belsize Park + very easy access to Finchley Road Tube and train stations + friendly, professional, multi-lingual staff + fairly good breakfast (included) choices w/ great service + TV for World Cup footie viewing + FREE WiFi !!
- Renovation work in room had some quality issues (e.g., finishing was shoddy in bathroom, etc.) - Pricey for what you get, but when you factor in the location (Hampstead/W. Hampstead) this place seems a fairly-good value
Water in Bathtube Not Not run away
Good location in relation to Hampstead if you like a bit of a walk
Poor WiFi Room was fine but rest was a little grubby and warn out.
Staff were very friendly
May be, menu choice for breakfast should be a bit wider
Staff were friendly and very helpful even swapped our room when they seen I was on crutches xx
The warm and lovely atmosphere and the eccellente position for going every where . It s very close to underground and bus .
Friendly staff, excellent breakfast.
The bed was very good and clean, but the general cleanliness of the room and the state of maintenance was below standard.
Receptionist Paul was very helpful! Good location with clean room. We can even use d pc provided at lobby to print our flight tickets at no extra charges!!! Excellent service with good wifi connection
Breakfast was just ok, orange juice n hard boiled eggs good
Very helpful and friendly reception staff; excellent shower with good water pressure; good choice of food and drink for breakfast. Room was small and bathroom restricted but all that one needed for a night's stay was there. Quiet location, very convenient for Tube and shops.
Unsightly water stains on ceiling and walls with some wallpaper peeling at edges. Chairs and tables in breakfast room a bit tight for the number of guests leaving and returning to their places during self-service breakfast. Overall impression however was good.
Exceptional Staff, -Paul,who provided true Concierge service.-very pro-active in problem solving Professional, yet gracious, interacting with us and other Guests, appropriate to needs Fred, also professional, but also warm in manner, and anticipating how he might assist us. Amazing variety for Continental breakfast-quite generous selection We have stayed and lived in,many hotels over 36 years as ex-pats, in a variety of countries, and have learned that the attitude of Staff is the deciding factor in being return guests. Gold star for Langhorf Staff, particularly Reception
Difficulty in access for Disabled
Food was good but would have liked hot breakfast
Dingy bathroom that smelled of drains!
It's the third time we return to the Langorf. The location is excellent, close to tube and bus lines, shops, restaurents and cinema(o2). It is a short walk from Hampstead with it's excellent restaurants, shops and theatre-cinema (Everyman) . The staff is friendly and helpfull and the B/fast is lovely. The windows at the hotel over look a green and trees on one side and the lovely quite street on the other...it is not very modern but it makes you feel at home - we love it!!!
