Great location in city centre. Good food in ajoining restaurant. Our room was a 2 level suite, sounds very nice, but room very dated, broken dated furniture. Hotel and rooms very hot and uncomfortable compared to the ajoining restaurant. |

On behalf of my parents I booked this for their 40th anniversary to co-incidxe with a theatre visit. They loved it,said it was very central and the facilities were awesome! Spa was not advertised very well though and as a result I booked them treatmebts elsewhere...however they say they will definitely use the hotel again on future return visits to glasgow! Staff were helpful and friendly too. |

The location of the hotel -- and the relative rates -- is very nice, and ensured that we were directly in the city centre during our stay. The room that we had reserved was supposed to have a king bed. The room we were given upon check-in did not. Furthermore, the bed we did have slept with a big crater in the center. Our feet were on one side of the grand canyon, and our heads on the other. |

Went to see "rhydian" who was appearing at the theatre across the road. The room was in need of re-furbishment.furniture,T.V.,no mini bar.no where we could eat our breakfast, having had room service. |

I liked the fact that the hotel was close to the bus station, it was also very central, and perfect for the type of trip we were on. We only stayed one night, and it was very comfortable and good value for money. Would definitely book there again if we were going over for another weekend. |

Very helpful welcoming staff. Bottle of wine on arrival was a bonus and food was of a high standard. Room also was high quality at a competitive price. |

I thought the room was comfortable and because of the excellent double glazing it was surprisingly quiet for a city centre hotel. The staff were very friendly. The shower tiles are needing regrouted and the water in the wash basin took forever to drain away, otherwise nothing. |

Location of hotel was great for accessing shopping, cinemas and restaurants. Shower in room needed some attention - cleanliness was not up to standard. I feel the standard has slipped since it changed from the Langs Hotel to Park Inn City |

We had to add an extra guest on at the last minute, the Hotel staff were very accomodating, they upgraded us and added the extra guest on for breakfast and didn't charge us any extra, I was delighted and very pleased with the Hotel. |

The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel really welcome and comfortable. We both work in high stress jobs and it made the break we needed. We arrived on friday, a minor criticism, but could have had bedding changed before the Monday as it did say three days in the details |
