Brilliant location for shopping, and close to some great restaurants. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms. I would definately recommend to friends and family. The bathroom showed signs of mold growth around the base of the shower. |

Great location handy for transport and on the doorstep of the main shopping area, comfortable and well equipped room, large bathroom good shower. Check in and out fast and efficient |

I have stayed here a few times now and love to see what kind of room I will have as they are all differant unlike most hotels were all the rooms are mostly the same and it is very centrel for all my needs when I vist glasgow to meet freinds ect |

I particularly enjoyed my evening meal in the Oshi restaurant. The food and presentation were first class. Not so much a dislike, but the shower enclosure in room 502 could have been a little cleaner. There was pink soap residue around the base of the walls where they met the shower tray and there was black mould in the corners of the shower door. |

The location was brilliant and we liked the room. It was close to being a really nice hotel to stay in. Booked a twin but were given a double. Changed rooms but the second room was not as nice (no CD player or TV upstairs like the first room). No soap, shower gel or bath foam - all 3 containers were completely empty. Key did not work to enter the gym. The breakfast room was so cold that we did not enjoy our breakfast at all! Ate as quickly as we could and left. We are the kind of people who like to linger over breakfast and read a paper but this was not possible. As I said, it is close to being a really nice hotel but these things spoiled it. |

The convenience for the city centre, and the luxury of the room. We were at a concert right across the street and the hotel could not have been better. |

The fact it was convenient for meeting friend coming by train from Aberdeen and near John Lewis where we wanted to shop. Also that we didn't have to leave the premises to have dinner later and that restaurant staff were pleasant and accomodating allowing us set menu after 7pm. |

The venue was absolutely first class - right in the centre of things for shopping and theatre. Only downside was breakfast. Open buffet for hot items does not work even with heat lamps above. |
