Langton House  

Location to train station and short walk to castle and shopping. Paul was very nice, we did not meet Sonja.

Very convenient location, close to Windsor Castle and good shopping. We had a very nice large room. Good breakfasts, freshly prepared. Host Paul was helpful and there were lots of brochures and suggestions of things to do and see in the Windsor area.

Excellent location price and wonderful friendly owners.

Cant think of a negative.

Great breakfast, cosy room and easy walking access to the sights of Windsor. We had to check out at 10 and were grateful that Paul was happy for us leave our car parked at the premises while we explored.

The breakfast was excellent but the request that food and drinks should be taken in the up stairs kitchen did not enable comfort through out the hours spent in your bedroom or early morning cup of tea.

The unfriendliness of the owner and lack of help with luggage and the demand for payment before we were in our room.As long as the travellers were willing to forgo some creature comforts and not be able to get into their room even at the time was agreed.

Light, airy, well equipped room. Friendly, helpful service. Excellent breakfast choice. 2 minutes walk to shops, bars, restaurants and many attractions. Separate kitchen for guest use, well stocked with tea, coffee, drinking chocolate and yummy biscuits.

We really enjoyed our stay at Langton House. We arrived mid day and the owners let us check in even though they don't normally until 5pm. This enabled us to leave the car and go shopping. Shops & restaurants & castle are only a short walk away. Room was large and very comfortable and breakfast was fab.

Car spaces are limited to one per room, so as in my case when i met a friend( both coming from opposite locations,to meet in the middle), one of us couldnt leave the car there overnight. Parking around Langton House is extremely difficult as you have to display a residents permit. We were very lucky to find a space a couple of streets away, otherwise it would have gone on a public car park some distance away. Kettles are not provided in the room, but a very well equipped kitchen is on the first floor. As our room was on the ground floor, its not great to have to wander upstairs in your nightwear and carry hot tea downstairs again.

Easy walk to center of Windsor for shops and restaurants. Pleasant and accommodating owners. Internet availability good. Cooked breakfast very good.

Dated. A bit expensive but I guess that is what Windsor is! Continental breakfast poor.

Great location. Close to castle and good shopping and restaurants. Easy access to Heathrow.

Airplane noise over Windsor as a whole! therefore noisy at night if window open but not something LH can do anything about

A very well run comfortable guest house, just five minutes walk from the town centre.
