I was happy with the owner he worked hard to keep everyone happy. The room was very comfortable. I did not like the location of the hotel and was very dissapointed with the breakfast it was too small compared to other hotels I have stayed in in Blackpool. |

Comfortable bed, well cooked breakfast, friendly and helpful hotel proprietor. Steps up to front door may be difficult for disabled or elderly guests. also, lift was jerky in operation. |

The manager & staff at the 'langwood hotel' in blackpool are very friendly, helpful people, nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are basic but very clean & comfortable, the breakfast was good, we would definately stay there again |

Liked the location. Very quiet for Blackpool, but had easy access to tram and bus services into town and surrounding areas. |

i have to say my stay at the langwood was home from home. we were made to feel very welecome. and i would recomend this hotel to anyone of my family and friends |

It is a horrible, crumbling wreck of a place. The rooms are so cramped that the bed barely fits in. All fixture, fittings, carpets etc are very old, stained and falling apart. This is also the case in the public areas. There is little to no soundproofing so sleep was not possible. I didn't think hotels as bad as this excisted anymore. You should remove it from your site asap. |

The manager was very accommodating when we advised him that we would be arriving late to check in. Noise from other rooms. Even quiet conversations could be heard clearly |

The staff were friendly. The hotel was very disappointing, the rooms were of a very poor standard, the decor was depressing and shabby and the facitities and presenation of rooms were terrible. |

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure our visit was problem free. The radiator was not working in the room, we pointed this out and a heater was in our room by the time we got back from an evening out. |

Our room cost £35 for one nights bed & breakfast, which for what it was was acceptable. Towels in the bathroom were dirty, cold water tap would not give more than a trickle no matter how much it was turned on! It took a good 10 mins to fill the kettle! |

very pleasant staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. good breakfast included in the price. only problem was the noises when people were entering/leaving their rooms, although this did not happen after about 9.00pm. |
