Very friendly staff cant do enough to help. Good view of the sea delicious breakfast.

Shower cramped and decor dated.

Very friendly hotel, nothing is too much trouble for Srini. Meals ared excellent - English cooking, well balanced meals. Rooms very clean and tidy. Hotel convenient for buses and trams.

Very considerate people, who make you feel at home, so you can relax and enjoy your stay with them.

My room was clean and comfortable the staff friendly and helpful. For the price I couldn't fault it. I would definitely recommend it and hope to return later this year.

Manager very welcoming polite and friendly,the price was just right, the location was just where we wanted it, heaters in bedroom for extra warmth.

It was relatively cheap for its location. The staff were very friendly. The room was warm. We had side sea view. It was near the tram line into central Blackpool.

The parking would have been tight if there had been more cars. The outside makes the hotel look a bit run down.

Great Service from the owner and his wife. Nothing is too much trouble. Comfortable rooms, good food, good location on seafront, good local facilities, Blackpool an easy tram ride away. Excellent value for money.

Could do with updating a bit, but that is true for most Blackpool Hotels.

Very friendly staff. Very welcoming and great hospitality. Price was good and Breakfast was included in price. We have young children and they were able to assist with providing for them. Very comfortable and spacious

Room was old fashioned

The welcome was very warm and everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. The location in Bispham is attractive - close to Blackpool with excellent public transport links but not as hectic as Blackpool itself!

The owner/manager was very welcoming and he came down to the car for our case and put it in the lift. The room, although quite small, had a heater and tea, coffee, horlicks, hot chocklate & buiscuits. It was superbly clean and the window opened. We were offered a varied breakfast with plenty of warm toast and could have had more. All in all, very good value.

We would prefer self-service for the cereals etc.

The location, price, service and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and tidy but maybe could do with some refurbishment or up dating. The breakfast was very good with plenty to eat and plenty of choice. Overall I think we had value for money as we paid £40 per night.

The bed was uncomfortable because of the springy mattress and the window was steamed up due to condensation inside the double glazed window which spoiled our sea view from our room. In fact most of the windows in the hotel were in the same condition as ours. The only other thing I didn't like was when we wanted to go into the bar in the evening for a drink but they wouldn't open it for some reason and ushered us into a sitting room with three other people in there and told us we could watch tv in there and they would bring our drinks up from the bar. The bbc news channel was showing on the tv when we entered the sitting room. It was so boring so we just had the one drink and went elsewhere. It wasn't difficult to find a bar that was open.

the staff. from the moment we arrived to the moment we left they couldnt do enough to help. very friendly indeed. the breakfast was excellent. the bed was lovely and comfortable.. would definetly stay there again...
