The Hotel was at good location and the best part was the friendly nature of the hotel. He was polite and very well mannered. He would go out of the way to keep his customer happy whether the customer is staying for 10 days or just 1 day. |

The friendliness of the staff who were also very helpful. Also the hotel was right on the front and near a tram station which was ideal for us to see the illuminations. |

The two members of staff were friendly and welcoming. Sheets were clean and the full english breakfast was adequate. The lift holds only two and has no inner door. |

The person who was at the reception was courteous and welcoming, he accomodated us well. I am presuming that the hotel is at the moment being refurbished, therefore, i would like to go again in possibly a year and see the changes. At the moment it needs a little care and attention. |

The gentleman on reception was really friendly, breakfast was lovely too, very clean rooms Room was very dated but clean, wooden lift was old and staff peeped through window up my skirt as I went up to 2nd floor!! Lots of elderly people but the banging noise comming from room above did not indicate this (rabbits!!) |

Staff were friendly and location was good The hotel in general and the rooms / bedding / towels smelt of either lavender or indian spices. In my opinion the hotel looked like it had been previously, and possibly still was, a retreat for old people. The rooms were small. The bathroom ceiling was coming down. In general the decor was very old fashioned and looked like it had not been decorated for many years. Breakfast was sparse. The lift was dangerous! I would recommend this hotel for location but not for comfort. |
