The warmth of the welcome and the commitment of the owners to make my stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible was amazing! Fantastic breakfast, heaps of tea, coffee, biscuits and hot chocolate in the room. When I appeared in Reception, I was greeted by name and with the warmest smiles. The staff were cheerful, helpful and kind. The parking was right by the front door and there was a lift. Would recommend heartily. The carpets and bathroom suite had seen better days but everywhere was clean and a little shabbiness did not detract from a very enjoyable stay. The bed was excellent and very comfortable.

The close proximity to tram routes made getting downtown very easy! The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Glad we only stayed two nights anymore than that and is have been in extreme pain.

Staff very nice, cannot do enought for you. Room kept nice and clean. Nice and warm. They even give you tea/ biscuits in room The hotel is in a good spot. You can sea the sea. You can walk straight on to trams for local attractions

Great location for Blackpool beach, the manager greeted us at the door when we arrived and took our bags to our room on the 2nd floor. The manager and staff wanted our stay to be a good one. The manager and his wife are a very happy couple, and made our stay a very welcome one, a great hotel with fantastic management. Nothing, everything was perfecr for our short stay.

The room was very adequate, with lovely white sheets and towels. It had a great sea view with wifi connection and hot drink facilities. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The breakfast was very good. The Bispham tram station and bus stop are a very short walk away from the hotel. The hotel was great value for money for our one night stay. This hotel is in need of renovation in places. It is an old hotel with one lift and the room was small.

Everything was fine, friendly staff. I had been charged for my room before I got there. I wasn't aware of this. Everytime I have used booking.com I have paid on arrival. I would've liked to have been informed of this.
