2nd visit in the last couple of months as the service and friendliness was second to non. 'Smiley' and his team are superb hosts and always go that extra mile, couldn't find any faults with the hotel ! Great location on the front with excellent transport links. Will be booking again for the summer! Wouldn't stop at any another hotel in Blackpool.

Brilliant hospitality. Manager and staff used our names which made it more personal. Have advice of things to do and where to go. Brilliant service would definitely stay in hotel again. Little dated

Staff were great as was the food and the location. Trams outside the front door are great for getting to and from the Tower & Pier. En suite was small, but so are we, so no problem for us. However larger people may have problems.

We were made so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were cooked to perfection and the facilities for making hot drinks in the room were excellent.

The warmth of the welcome and the commitment of the owners to make my stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible was amazing! Fantastic breakfast, heaps of tea, coffee, biscuits and hot chocolate in the room. When I appeared in Reception, I was greeted by name and with the warmest smiles. The staff were cheerful, helpful and kind. The parking was right by the front door and there was a lift. Would recommend heartily. The carpets and bathroom suite had seen better days but everywhere was clean and a little shabbiness did not detract from a very enjoyable stay. The bed was excellent and very comfortable.

The close proximity to tram routes made getting downtown very easy! The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Glad we only stayed two nights anymore than that and is have been in extreme pain.

Staff very nice, cannot do enought for you. Room kept nice and clean. Nice and warm. They even give you tea/ biscuits in room The hotel is in a good spot. You can sea the sea. You can walk straight on to trams for local attractions

Great location for Blackpool beach, the manager greeted us at the door when we arrived and took our bags to our room on the 2nd floor. The manager and staff wanted our stay to be a good one. The manager and his wife are a very happy couple, and made our stay a very welcome one, a great hotel with fantastic management. Nothing, everything was perfecr for our short stay.
