A wonderful stay at the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was cosy and welcoming. Would definitely go back.
Comfortable Good business facilities Enjoyed breakfast
Staff was totally clueless. ALL questions were answered with I don't know.
very good breakfast and pleasant staff
Friendly staff, good atmosphere, great location (if you don't mind walking up a hill!), big room, really comfy bed.
Booking.com don't make it clear you can book a parking space (worth doing). Dated decor, bathrooms in need of work.
Staff were friendly and attentive at breakfast
Filthy carpet and very poor decor everywhere gave the impression that everything else was filthy even if it wasn't. I can understand why they ask for payment before you go to your room! Breakfast was burnt toast with a couple of poorly cooked poached eggs thrown on top.
Help with our cases to our room, all staff very friendly. Excellent bus service just outside of hotel. Food was very wholesome with good choices. Would use the hotel again.
I am not very confident about parking the car in a tight space so the staff found a space that I could have parked a bus on. Very helpful.
Staff helpful. Rooms comfortable
Lots of stairs. Not good if disabled.
excellent hotel, nice big room good bathroom, very good food.
getting into town center, a long walk or taxi. the bus service was park and ride and would not pickup from the bus stop suggested by the hotel
very good hotel
a little pricey for 2 days
Staff excellent . Very helpful and friendly. Food delicious and room lovely.
Easy to find and has on site parking
Poor value for money Small bedroom with a very cramped bathroom with old and damaged fixtures Lights didn't work properly, hair dryer worked occasionally
Convenience of hotel to city Well decorated room & En suite Quietness of room B&B& Eve meal inclusive package
Paying £5 for car parking in their grounds
Good wifi connection
The ironing didn't work
comfortable bed, large room with a bath tub, lovely gardens and beautiful views over the whole city
The floors are quite old and you can hear the noise from upstairs clearly.
Good location, large clean room and friendly staff
Accommodation in general, decor and furniture in particular look tired. Time to invest some money!
Rooms are nothing like photos online took half an hour to get in when we got back and it wasn't that late think night porter had gone for a sleep somewhere
Underfloor heating in room appeared to be on full even though it wasn't cold- extremely hot and stiffling!!!!
Staff very helpful and pleasant. Although couldn't comment on restaurant, good breakfast and evening light meals when we got there. Good rooms and powerful showers
Rooms at higher level were a bit hot -but staff sorted for following night. A bit of a rabbit warren -lots of stairs -which made it very slightly awkward for granny !!
Lovely atmosphere comfortable good break fast friendly helpful staff
The walk up the hill bk to the hotel ,but bus or taxi easy to get
impossible to find one's way...endless doors and corridors without signage. Bar tender extremely rude. Should not be in that sort of job. Aggressive, rude and really bad energy. avoid this hotel.
Can't complain for the price paid. I would return.
£5 for parking.
Stayed here two nights. Hotel prices were ok compared to other prices in Bath. Traditional hotel with friendly staff. Enjoyed breakfast although portions a little on the small side. Nice short walk downhill into centre and nice to walk back up to walk your evening meal off. No issues with rooms being a small walk away as we were a young couple and did not see this as an issue.
Nothing worth mentioning
