It was clean, convenient and good value for money Staff a little surly - especially on reception at check in and on departure; different staff friendlier when coming back after a night out |

The location was good and the bed was comfortable. I think it had recently been taken over by new management or seemed that way, nothing seemed to flow (from the decor to the name painted on the front) . I would not class it as a boutique hotel, it looked as though they added a few velvet cushions and hung a few mirrors and that was all. It is classed as a hotel/spa as has spa facilities but they want you to pay and additional £10 per person to use them. I thought this was disgusting, never have i stayed in a 4 star hotel and been charged to use the sauna! It should be included in the daily rate. |

it was peaceful, the staff was respectful, and it was beautiful that the hotel it was close to the seaside; and it was very clean. some of the services could be free, like the spa. it could make stay in the hotel enjoyable. |

the location was quiet the whole place was a dissapointment , we booked looking for the luxury stay, nothing remotely like that we have stayed in better b&b. staff were all miserable and unfriendly, rooms shabby |

Breakfast, easy access to the beach and town. The room was well below usual standard. Bathroom window unable to open, walls has paint flaking off. |

Its location. The room was clean and the sheets and towels were clean. This could be a great hotel but looks like it is run on the cheap. TV in the room did not work and though reported to reception, nothing was done. Windows are filthy. It was more a 2.5* hotel and not 4*. There was no price list for the spa in the room or at reception even though I did request one. There was no room service menu in the room either. The room was very small and next to the lift shaft which was noisy. The view from the dirty windows was of air conditioning units and a flat roof. The room should be used for storage not an average £100 per night hotel room. The carpet needs to be replaced or at least steam cleaned. To use the sauna etc, you have to book a spa treatment or spend £10 a day! For a 4* hotel, this should be included. |

The breakfast was nice Looked a bit tired, paintwork ect, shower in room was hard to set to the right temp, and the extracter fan in the bathroom did not work, light bulbs in light shade above bed were faulty, Carpet in room had markes on that looked like they could have been cleaned off if attempted. The room was very warm. |

Very reasonably priced for a four star hotel in a holiday area. It's a bit tatty in places, but I think Park Inns have only just taken it over, so they will probably improve that. |

Beautiful looking hotel. Room needed a little of maintenance in the bathroom. In 217 there was a little bit of plaster that hadn't been painted over and the coat hook was loose |

The hotel staff were friendly and the room was set out and decorated beautifully. However the bathroom was unfinished and not really good enough for guests. The room also had a smell of sewage which I think would need addressing for future guests. Parking is also an issue with limited spacing and is very costly. |
