Little The room was malodourous, the bar pretentious, the decor like a cheap bordello, service surly, room provions mean (no soap in the room, none available at reception). Staff surly... I could go on with a number of further petty failings. |

The room was very comfortable, the hotel was decorated nicely. It was very convenient for the town centre and other attractions. The staff were slow and not very helpful, too busy talking between themselves. The hotel bar was advertised to stay open until 3 am however when we returned to the hotel at 1am we were told it had been closed since midnight. |

Location I thought the drinks were rather expensive and due to a leak from the 4th floor the whole reception was dripping water which causes a delay trying to check out, car park advertised but have to be lucky to get into it !!! |

Generally OK No air-conditioning, some of the fitting and paintwork in our room was shabby, windows needed replacing, woodwork in bathroom looked ancient |

I was really pleased with the hotel, the staff were helpful, the room was spacious and clean. A real value for money hotel. I would definately stay there again Bit of a trek from brighton town centre... about 15- 20 minute walk... but having said that it was pretty mmuch near the sea front so the walk itself was enjoyable |

The staff were v helpful When we booked it it was called the Lansdowne Park Hotelthe day we arrived it had changed hands to park Inn. I would not have booked a park Inn. I stayed at this hotel 2 and a half years ago and it was a fab boutique hotel, now it is grubby and lifeless. The staff were v good and the breakfast was ecxellent. We were v disappointed that no one told us the hotel had changed hands |

It took reception nearly 4 hours to find our reservation, They would not carry the reservation through to 2 days for the same rate! and charged £13.95 per breakfast, even for my 2 year old who surely cannot eat that amount of food, Staff were completely unhelpful, and upon complaining only got shrugged shoulders!! |

Nothing, It was like staying in faulty towers! I upgraded to the king suite which was meant to be the best! A number of things were wrong with the room, such as the lighting was very dim and the lamp did not work, when I phoned to get a new lamp, they did not have the decency to call back. |

Location, decor of reception/bar area Carpet was stained/dirty, extractor fan in bathroom didnt work, room was very small considering we paid for a queen, hotel was very noisy at night - banging hotel room doors and lift, bar was over-priced (serving orange juice and lemonade in a Bulmers pint glass for £4.50!!) |

The food was very nice, staff very friendlyand felt quite relaxed. We had a yellow stain on our sheet and the bathroom wasn't too clean, considering the price.I travel all over and have been in cleaner B+B's, but still enjoyed our stay. |
