Park Inn Brighton

Nous avons apprécié la proximité entre le front de mer et le quartier vivant de Brigthon.

J'ai résevé dans cet hôtel justement parcequ'il proposait des chambres familles , nous étions accompagnés de notre fille et notre petite fille , j'avais imprimé les docs à la réservation ou il été mentionné que nous étions 3 adultes et 1 bb ; donc le lit d'appoint et le lit bb ....le staff n'avait pas ces renseignements là .Mais tout est rentré dans l'ordre rapidement et sans problèmes .Nous avons eu une très grande chambre vue sur la mer .....

The location was ideal, the underground parking was a positive, particularly as the parking in Brighton is so restricted..............lovely grand hotel, which has been refurbished to a high standard

Bar, breakfast good, the staff were friendly. It's also very convenient for the sea front.

The hotel is in Hove and not Brighton city centre as described - surely this is a breach of the trade descriptions act? Hotel was shabby and our room suffered from damp and flaking paint; the window would not close leading to gale like conditions in the room. We could not decide if the pool of water came through the open window or from the leaking roof. The parking was incredibly limited and costly (£15/night), the NCP carpark was offered as an alternative but was 1/2 mile away along the seafront which took us half an hour to drive to! There is no way this hotel should carry a 4 star rating (we are writing to the AA separately). Over priced - stayed in better B&Bs for half the price!!!

The location was good and the bed was comfortable.

I think it had recently been taken over by new management or seemed that way, nothing seemed to flow (from the decor to the name painted on the front) . I would not class it as a boutique hotel, it looked as though they added a few velvet cushions and hung a few mirrors and that was all. It is classed as a hotel/spa as has spa facilities but they want you to pay and additional £10 per person to use them. I thought this was disgusting, never have i stayed in a 4 star hotel and been charged to use the sauna! It should be included in the daily rate.

the whole place was a dissapointment , we booked looking for the luxury stay, nothing remotely like that we have stayed in better b&b. staff were all miserable and unfriendly, rooms shabby

Rooms were nice. The overall hotel seemed to be quite well decorated, Close to the beach.

The room was well below usual standard. Bathroom window unable to open, walls has paint flaking off.

Looked a bit tired, paintwork ect, shower in room was hard to set to the right temp, and the extracter fan in the bathroom did not work, light bulbs in light shade above bed were faulty, Carpet in room had markes on that looked like they could have been cleaned off if attempted. The room was very warm.
