Beauty seaviews, spacious and comfortable lounge and bar areas, close to Conference facilities, and good staff, The walls are quite thin and neighbours woke us up, without being particularly noisy. |

A very comfortable hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good location being close to seafront and shops. Lovely restaurant in the hotel also good selection of restaurants a short distance away. All in all a very pleasant stay. There was nothing to dislike about thehotel, staff or location. |

Staff coutesy and helpfulness. Restaurant good food and service with a useful wine list. Unless a garage is available, parking restrictions would unsettle guests. |

Location for the walking activities to complete the South Downs way was the main reason for choice at a reasonable rate Meals loooked relatively expensive with wine compared to what one could find outside |

Despite the size of the hotel, there is a very quiet, relaxed atmosphere, with plenty of areas to sit back, relax and watch the world go by. |

Staff were excellent, rooms cleaned early each day and were comfortable. breakfast was good and staff served us quickly. Six of us had bar meals and they were poor. We booked a room for 16 people to have tea, coffee and sandwiches after attending a funeral. Elderly residents kept coming in although there was a notice on the door saying private party. As they stay there regularly they felt the lounge belonged to them and were quite put out at us being there. |

The location is excellent with easy access to the sea front, town centre and entertainment facilities. Rooms have been refurbished to a reasonable standard. Old flooring throughout makes for a noisy environment. Parking is difficult. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It should be noted that this hotel is used by mainly the older generation. |

Location. We were put in a smoking room and area of the hotel and told that no other rooms were available. We had put no smoking when booking our room. |

beautiful sea view from the bedroom with huge windows and a little balcony that you could just about sit on and breath the sea air parking was not straightforward but we appreciated that it was in a busy area as it was so close to the sea |

It was comfortable and stylish, and the fact that the coastline and its parades are just opposite the hotel made it a very attractive stay for even a single night. |

Bedrooms, public passages and living rooms are large, comfortable and well furnished, old fashion but with taste. More care should be given to breakfast food and the dining rooms could give more privacy to the hotel residents. |
