It was excellent. Service was outstanding. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner in the dinning room and for we had a creamed tea outside. |

I only stayed for one night and it was late when I arrived so apart from the bar everything else was closed I did book a twin bedded room and the first room they gave me was a double bedded room but, they did change this for me. However, I had a very important medical appointment at 9.00 a.m. and to my dismay there was no hot water due to a fault with their system. I was not able to have a shower or a bath! |

Most if not all staff were not British so communication was difficult. Staff not alert to British needs and reception staff were aloof. |

friendly, polite and helpful staff and pleasant surroundings There was a problem with other guests in the bar area late on. They were being abusive to a member of staff and as a we had just arrived for a quiet drink this was very uncomfortable. Other staff arrived to support but were very subdued. We felt very sorry for the staff and felt the guests involved got away very lightly with what they were saying. |

Good facilities. Impossible to set the heating in the bathroom. The radiator thermostat was broken. Therefore the room was far too hot. |

Different style hotel with number of rooms / suites around old style shopping street. Cosy and comfortable rooms. Good restaurant and bar. Bathroom needs updating - shower was a 'dribbler' over a bath. |

The Last Drop is set in beautiful surroundings, it was easy to access by road from Bolton. The staff went out of thier way to assist us and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and comfortable. There was nothing negative about this hotel, all was positive. |

nice setting, easily accessible we were charged £10.95 for restaurant services, however we did not use the restaurant. This was explained to the receptionist and a new receipt issued. No explaination was given and no apology. |
