We had such a lovely time at the Nottingham Place Hotel last weekend. All the staff were very welcoming and checking in and out was really quick and easy. The rooms had all the right amenities and were really cosy. The Hotel was in a great location and very accessible. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Only down point was the Hairdryer
5 mins walk from Baker Street station. The staff was nice and helpful. rooms were well kept.
room size is smaller and then their staircase is way smaller. Getting to 3rd level with bags was no fun. But for the location, I think it is a nice trade-off.
Close to an underground station
Room was unfinished and we were not aware or been told that during our stay it would be in the condition it was. The room we were in was filthy, dust all around the floor where there was a gap, shower head was covered in water marks and what looked like rust. On the top of the room there was masking tape where they had done some painting and not removed. Also behind tje ned was loose wires which we weren't certain what they were for. The whole night we were freezing cold as our heating didnt work. After taking photos of the room we showed reception and asking if there was anything they could do the receptionist said yes take this card and contact our manager, after saying that this was not good enough they put us into a new room which seemed great but was also in the same condition as the last room. Did not get our moneys worth and waa very disappointed
Costs. Especially the extra money (10 Pounds)for breakfask. That's outrageous
Nothing, other than the staff were friendly and helpful.
Bed didn't have a proper mattress. Carpet was worn and stained. Walls needed redecorating Spa shower needs replacing and didn't fully work TV remote had black tape holding batteries in
Duplex suite is very comfy, nice to have a separate sleeping area. Very comfy, staff very helpful.
No plug in kitchen sink, otherwise perfect!
Lovely staff, very helpful, great location
Needs new carpets in Room and a little decoration work.
Excelltaff. Very well located near Tube (Baker Str). Clean room with lots of facilities. Near many restaurants and shops by Marylebone High Street leading to Oxford St. a few blocks down the road.
very small washbasin
the service was very good and the staff was very nice. Room was very good, and i liked that the hotel was nearby every thing i was in need for.
comfy beds, super duper shower , great location....will definately return
the light in the bathrooms was not good enough to apply make up. Needed more daylight
Air conditioning was good
Size & ergonomic layout of room
The location was excellent, a 5 minute walk from the underground, amazing restaurants in close vicinity and oxford street a easy 15 minute walk. The bed was very comfortable. The design was good.
Perhaps in need of a lick of paint in some areas. Some of the work in the room was shoddy and needed to be fixed. Pile of dust in the corner of the bathroom. Room was very hot on arrival but was easily amended.
Staff very friendly, and close to tube.
No breakfast room, felt £11.50 for continental in your room a bit excessive. But hey found a lovely cafe and paid £6 for full English!
Great location friendly staff lovely and clean !! Always stay here it's perfect .
Renovated rooms, good location
Location to tube station and Regent's Park, friendly and helpful staff
Bit small. Elevator not to all floors.
Good location, reasonably priced for a london hotel
Bathroom needed a better clean
Room space a little bit small
A superbly comfortable bed, modern facilities with kitchen facilities including a small microwave, bath and decent size TV. Would stay here again if visiting London.
Could be a little noisy outside the room with people coming into the apartments but went pretty quiet after 10pm.
easy Access to central London
Rest Room must have lock
The bathroom was very clean and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. Would recommend for the location but should insist on another room - not 114...
Carpet was very threadbare in places and frayed - giving a shabby appearance. The bed was very small and not as advertised as kingsize. The mattress was very soft and did not appear to be a proper mattress. The room looked so much more spacious on the website.
Our room (212) in no way corresponded with our reservation and was in our oppinion extremely badly designed with steps to be negotiated and risk of bumping into walls and doors with the least movement. The lack of a proper door into the toilet was somewhat off putting and the sunken bath so difficult to access that it must have been designed for at contortionist. Stay if you must.
Location. Polite reception.
Dirty iron! Staff/reception respond not quickly. Was offered other room (not as described) Broken A/C (I was offered other room at midnight)
good value for money - London is an expensive place ! Hotel very well placed, nice environment.
Close proximity to the tube and bus links and everything in central London is close by. The room was good, although a little tired, and perfect for our needs.
Decor and carpet a bit tired but the facilities are very good.
