Roomws were very pleasant I had asked for breakfast to be delivered at 7:30 on both mornings that I stayed but it didn't arrive until nearly 8 when I had to chase for it. This then made me late for my meeting. I also saw a mouse in the corridor of the hotel which I understand is not unusual in London. |

It's an oasis of quiet in the centre of London. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very good with excellent restaurants and the Baker Street tube station within easy walking distance. It is also directly opposite the Princess Grace Hospital. The hotel was quiet, the beds at La Suite were extremely comfortable and careful thought had been put into every detail of design. It was evident that the guest's comfort and service were the ultimate goal. I hope to stay there often. |

We liked the breakfast being brought to our room each morning. The only complaint I would have would be about the shower in our room, it was very complicated to work and was not very powerful. |

Very good location, just a block away from Madam Tuseaud. A lot of extras in the room as PC, DVD Player and Playstation. Elevator did not work properly, it gets only to the Basement or the Last flour. Breakfast should be richer in a 4star hotel. Receprion tried hard to persuade us to book a shuttle bus to the airport instead of giving us direction on how to get there by the public means of transport and when we insisted she claimed that she does not know! |

What I like the most in this hotel which were breakfast. They brought it to my room. So it was just perfect to have relaxing morning with breakfast in bed. I thought this luxurious service was interesting. Also,my double room had nice shower which can be used for massage body and brand bath products(you can find it in major department stores) are served. It was a bit dirtier than I expected for a 4stars hotel. |

The room was designed nicely, but small (especially if you would really stay with 4 people). The neighbourhood was great with lovely places where you can have a really good breakfast, lunch and dinner (also organic). The price of the hotel was allright because we had a weekend deal. We were able to check in at noon, because the room was ready; that was great! The bathroom was getting old, but was sufficient. |

I truly enjoyed my stay at La Suite. It was booked for an overnight only, but I thought it would be a lovely place for a return trip to just "nest" while either on an overnight shopping trip in London, or possibly while I transit London (I live in the UK outside of London). I chose the hotel from the list of hotels on offer for the location, and I must say the location of the hotel in Marylebone was all I wanted and more. BTW, I love the decor. Can't really add a negative comment. Would like instructions on using the shower, the television would just shut off, but by rebooting from the mains it would pop back on. Bathroom floor could have been just a wee bit cleaner, perhaps it's the type of flooring that made it appear a bit untidy. |

Excellent design, lots of features in compact space, location exceptionally quiet and convenient for London Overwhelming smell of new paint made my eyes water and detracted greatly from otherwise excellent stay |

Computer and DVD player in our room! Helpful and friendly staff.. Studiosuite has a better name in this case; double room! Rooms are too small and the bathroom has a smell. Our aircon was broken and the phone as well. Should have given us an another room.. |

The overall ambiance and the breakfast delivered in a basket to the room. The room was a little too small to accommodate 3 persons and their suitcases. |

The hotel is in a fantastic location, very accessible. The suite was lovely, not overly plush and luxurious, but it was a clean lined, crisp design. Every mod-con is available, the bed is extremely comfortable and the elemis bathroom items were fantastic. The staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was delivered in a Red Riding Hood fashion - basket and all! It was prompt and even though there were a few irregularities with some of the items on the whole it was lovely 'm not sure whether it was the room or the hotel on that side of the street in general, but it was extremely noisy - the sounds of anyone in any room travelled due to the wooden floors/ walls/ stairs etc. This meant that there was no such thing as any sleep past 7am - not conducive to a relaxing break. While the hotel did deal with my complaint respectfully, I'm not sure it made up for the lack of sleep. I'm sure other rooms in another part of the hotel do not have this issue, but with the chances of potentially getting this room, or the issue affecting other rooms, I could honestly not recommend my room to any friend or family of mine, which is a shame becuase it really is in a fantastic location and a beautiful room. |

I booked a room at this hotel for 2 nights. I get room 104, which is not a room but a cellar (below the ground floor). I was therefore really disappointed. |

The rooms where fantastic! Very modern and new. They are small but the design of them reallys works. Loved our stay! It was a very minor thing but I did notice the floor was a little bit dirty but that didn't really bother me. |

the location of the hotel is wonderful, next to the city center and very close to the tube the hotel do not say that part of the rooms are outside the hotel it self and we didn't like the idea to be surprise the day of the check in, also the elevator was out of order twise we been there and its very unconfortable wen you are in the third floor |

First I stayed at the room on Park crescent street. It was a little bit secondhand apartment room but It was great for me. Compare with an ordinary hotel room, it was quite large room with perfect kitchen included a washer. Also it was certainly the best location that it took for only 1 minutes on foot to underground station. Next I moved to the other room. This room was ordinary design hotel room. The interior was all white and quite clean image. The room size was quite narrow and no washer but functions of the room worked well. It was quite pricy. |
