There was a busy road close to the hotel and it was hard to sleep well. We were a group of four people, however, everything was for three people. They gave us towels with huge holes. The room was extremely small. |

Its position in a quiet street, bed linen, useful fridge and little kitchen. good air con. The receptionist very clipped hardly welcomed us, asked for 'I.D'! Room far too small for 3 people (but sold as a suite), breakfast not enough for three people, yogurt warm, milk warm, juice warm, coffee cold! |

The staff was very helpful and accomodating. cofee and tea in the lobby anytime was a nice touch. The elevator is extremely slow and felt unsafe. It only stops on every other floor. There is not a lot of room for luggage , as the rooms are small. |

Found the staff extremely helpful and attentive. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was extremely quiet and peaceful, bearing in mind we were in Central London. |

The location of the hotel is really good, just off trendy Marylebone high street, and convenient for tube (nearest being Baker Street). We booked a quad room, and so thought we would be provided with 2 double beds, but we were given 1 double bed (really comfortable), and a sofa that pulled out into a doundle bed (really uncomfortable - springs dig into your back)! Also, we thought we would be getting full kitchen facilities, however, were provided with just a fridge and microwave. |

Staff were very polite, professional and responsive to needs. Breakfast was brought to your room each day which was very relaxing. The location was brilliant - 5 mins from Baker Street Tube Station, and 3 mins from Marylebone High Street with good bars, retaurants and a Waitrose. It was very quiet. |

The male receptionist was very service-minded, and the children are still talking of how nice he was. Nothing in particular. |

Very close to Marylebone High Street where there are plenty of restaurants. Walking distance from Oxford Street (about 10 minutes). Friendly staff. We were able to leave our luggage in reception for a few hours after checking out. Room was small and breakfast was served in the room. |

The place was fresh, clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly yet professional. The location was the main attraction, but I might come again as I really enjoyed the place. The sofa bed was stained and looked dirty. At night the rooms were too bright as the blinds didn't quite do the job. The elevator is too small. Generally, for the price, its a good one-night stay. |
