Fantastic B&B, loved everything. Paola and her husband are lovely and couldn't do more for you. Very clean, all you could need for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful! Easy to find and not far from town centre at all.

Paola was absolutely amazing. A fabulous lady, very kind, very warm and very very helpful. She laid out a wonderful breakfast for us to have in our room as we were leaving so early in the morning, she lent me her wellies to go for a very muddy walk AND she totally helped us out by printing out our boarding cards that I´d managed to leave behind in Clacton!!! We would of been lost without her. She also recommend a lovely walk, a great pub to eat at & arranged our taxi for the morning. If I had a better voice I´d be singing her praises. The anex (is that the right name) was really cute, the bed was enormous and it was really comfortable, warm and cosy. Thanks a million Paula.

First class service, owner booked table for myself at local pub(ten minutes walk away), provided breakfast items in room as I had to leave early in the morning. Stayed in annex in garden, room & facilities faultless. Would stay again if working in area, recommended.

Very friendly hosts who go out of their way to make sure your stay is first class. Breakfast was superb!

Veldig hyggelig sted å være, selv om det bare var overnatting mellom to Ryanair-flighter. Gjestmildt og imøtekommende vertskap. Kort vei til Georges pub med utmerket mat og service. God kontakt med service-minded taxi-sjåfør som henter og bringer "on request"!

Det eneste måtte være det uforutsigbare, engelske været!

Yderst venlig og imødekommende B&B. Kan absolut anbefales!

Nella pagina dell hotel in italiano e' menzionato un trasporto gratutito all aereoporto inesistente! abbiamo pagato 15 pound per fare 4 miglia vergognoso!!!On the Italian page of the hotel it mentions a free transport to the airport but it does not exist! we paid 15 pounds for 4 miles!! what a shame!

The hostess was very friendly and it was spotlessly clean.

The room was a bit cramped and would have been better if one table had been removed and replaced by a bedside locker. Also there needs to be a small shelf in the bathroom for toiletries etc. Also the curtain in the bathroom didn't fully cover the window area.

Spacious rooms and bathrooms, nice bungalow style accommodation, beautiful garden with big football field. Close to the Stanstead airport (which can be a minus regarding the noise). Excellent value for money.

No WiFi in rooms, WiFi is only available at main building. As internet was explicitly mentioned as unavailable during the booking this was fair statement, but WiFi extension would be a great improvement to the facilities.

Paola was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I'll stay here again when in the area.

My daughter and myself had a lovely room and a delicious cooked breakfast delivered to our room.
