The location was great, the price was right and the staff was helpful. My sister and I stayed there 3 nights and felt safe.
The mattress was like a worn out futon mattress - thin and uncomfortable.
very pleased, we had a family room, great size and with a big bathroom. Staff very friendly, breakfeast really good! We are looking forward to coming back!
Nice shower, friendly & helpful staff, cute garden for having coffee outside in the morning and so close to Kensington Gardens: great. Queensway around the corner with colourful and multicultural shopping and eating. Tube station close by.
the matress and the pillow of the bed were not the most comfortable
The staff were friendly and obliging. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. I felt safe staying there as a solo traveller. Location great. Transport nearby. Would stay there again.
Location and breakfast better than expected
Not having a private bath
For london very good for the money. Wound stay again just so Clean.
Comfortable, clean, right next to hyde park and very close to Queensway tube. Good service, clean bathrooms, good shower.
Pleasant helpful staff, great location
- centrally located with proximity to 3 tube lines and Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park - Good breakfast to start your morning - Clean and equipped rooms (with TV and sink) - Clean shared bathrooms and rarely have to wait for it - Friendly staff allowing me to leave my luggage after check-out till I head to the airport
- Wifi maybe unstable at times
the friendliness of the staff from check in to check out my flight was late and they allowed me to use the very comfortable dinning area to do some work till i had to depart loved my stay there
the room was very hot and no AC or fan available
the breakfast ..the location the value for money...nice staff
nothing ....going back one day
The price was outstanding - 85 pounds a night in central London, in the summer, for a private double room in a clean building in a safe neighborhood, plus full English breakfast. Breakfast not gourmet but not bad either. Bathrooms super clean. Queensway and Bayswater tube stations less than a 5 minute walk.
We didn't sleep well - the curtains were inadequate to handle the direct sunlight on our window at 6 AM. The Wi-Fi was... eh. Not very fast and got really slow/non-functional at certain times of day. And the staff agreed to keep our suitcases safe for part of a day after we checked out, which is great, but the security was unacceptably lax. I would not recommend that anyone leave their luggage unless it is in their own, locked, room.
Location was close to tube. Easy walk to Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, West Minister, London Eye. Staff was good and Breakfast was good In comparison to other London accommodations this was a reasonable price.
Small room and quite warm at night. Would be good if a fan was available on warm nights. (Most of the B&B's in uk were like this).
Everything. We could also leave luggage after checkout in dining space which was helpful/ Staff were friendly/ Lady who prepared breakfast was very kind
Nothing. Would love to book this again
A dark room
The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Given the price I paid for the room I was also very surprised to be getting such a good breakfast!
The wi-fi wasn't working from my room but this wasn't essential for me.
clean and quite not far from the underground station breadfast good price
Great area, rooms And toilettes are clean,Nice outside Area to have breakfast, quite, helpful staff!
Excellent location - minutes to the tube and across the street from Kensington park. Room was very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was basic but sufficient.
Friendly welcome to this Latvian-run guest house. Just a few yards from Kensington Gardens, and about 20 minutes' walk from the Albert Hall.
Room was very warm and street outside noisy.
The hotel´s location is very good...very near (3-4 minutes by foot) to Queensway tube station on Central line and near (7-8 minutes by foot) Bayswater tube station (circle and district lines). Oxford street is 15 minutes long by foot. The staff are very nice and the room was clean. Breakfast is really good, and overall value for money is exceptional. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.
Wi-Fi is not so great (it worked all the time, but very slow connection), but maybe it works better in other parts of the hotel. Our room was at the end of the corridor.
Central location, secure, and friendly. The deal includes a good cooked breakfast as well.
The room itself was very narrow and awkwardly shaped. However it was also very private and had its own basin.
very clean. convenient for bus and tube and quiet at night.
room a bit on the small side but only stayed one night so not a problem
The staff were most helpful and close by Hyde Park and 2 underground stations. Very good value for money, and breakfast was more than ample. Would stay there again
No lift but I was only one the first floor
Clean Nice breakfast
Late breakfast (8am) No fan, could only open small window making room a bit stuffy
