Excellent location, good breakfast, warm and friendly staff
Unfortunately the wi-fi didn't work in the room
Excellent location, room with 5 full size bed and en suite with bath. 3 adults and 2 children (1yr and 4 yrs old) and had plenty of room. The receptionist was very helpful.
Friendly, helpful staff, room comfortable and very clean as was the shared bathroom. Breakfast good. Excellent location!
Great Location with Museums and Kensington Park within walking distance. Room clean and reasonably comfortable.
Nice Breakfast. Nice staff
Breakfast started at 8am I would of preferrred it at 7.30 am. Wifi Didn't work that well in my room. No room service unless you asked for it.
Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean. Nice location. It was quiet, but central. Not far from the undergroundstation and buses.
The wi-fi didn't work at the room
Stayed for 2 nights in Jan 2015 in a room that is aptly sized. Conveniently located with 2 underground stations nearby, Queensway and Bayswater, adding to your options during travels. Although I have to use the shared toilet and shower, they were always unoccupied and hence no issues with it. Good to have the sink in the room too where you need not go to the toilet just to have a quick wash of hands. Simple and nice breakfast too.
Separate toilet but no issues
I would stay here again when I'm in London.
FYI, staff at the reception are not available 24 hours. Only from morning to 11pm because it's a guesthouse.
Friendly staff. Clean fresh room overlooking pretty courtyard. Shared bathroom facilities kept clean. Good value for money. Great location . Nicely cooked breakfast.
very clean, bed had a little lamp for reading, compared to similar budget hotels the room was not cramped, breakfast kept my interest for 5 days, room was quiet even though I was on the street side, very close to two tube stops (three lines) and stops for many bus lines, actually not a bad walk to Paddington (no luggage of course) for the express train to Heathrow
no soap in shower - must take back and forth from room (only communal shower facility where such is the case), curtain did not fully cover the window, breakfast from 8 am to 9:30 am which is too late (only hotel I have ever been in with such a late start for breakfast)
Location, Close to Oxford Street, Marble Arch, Hyde Park. Quiet around and in the room. good size room Location of room, view out of window Really nice place. Did have doubts about it because there are alot of good reviews, but they are all valid reviews I believe as the place is really good.
WiFi was not working on first afernoon and was slow aferwards. But not really that much of a pain, as who wants internet on holiday!
Very good double bed - most single rooms in London come with a single bed. Very clean.
Free WiFi, but so slow as to be unusable in practice. Had to resort to 3G on mobile phone for internet access.
The room was perfect for five persons family. Absoluty confortable, quite. Breakfast was abudant.
Wi-fi sometimes didn't work well...but is no a big problem.
Great location, helpful staff, reasonable price
Wi-fi was only accessible in the corridors, signal was way too low in the room
Value for money and location, breakfast was good
The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice bonus. It is easy to get to via public transport and Hyde park is just across the road.
The family room is a small space for a family of 5 but as long as long as that is your expectation, it works well.
The friendly staff, how we were greeted ,the room was nice and clean very comfortable.
there wasn`t anything that I didn`t like.
The staff is kind and helpful, the location is great just two tube station from marble arch. The breakfast was ok, a English breakfast. We only missed some cheese and ham to your toast. A big plus that you have your own sink in your room.
The internet was free but the connection in the rooms was bad. Sometimes you didn't have any. The cleaning was good when we arrive but the didn't clean your room under our visit. But we could pick up new towels. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights.
Great clean guesthouse in fantastic location and value for money. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Everything was great.
The hotel was clean, the staff were accommodating and the hotel is in a fab location. It is a 5 min walk to the nearest train station and was only a 20min walk to hyde park.
There wasn't really anything to dislike. All i would say is that the cookef breakfast isn't great but there is plenty of cereal and juice to have instead.
The place is near Hyde Park and Queensway, so an excellent location. It is very clean, including the bathroom. I didn't get up in time for breakfast.
Didn't much like the smell of meat in the hallway, but generally, by the standard of the area and the price paid, it was excellent,
Breakfast Easy access Area
Didn't change bed sheets even once during my stay..
The Staff, location & price.
No 24 hour reception.
A charming guesthouse in a good location for a good price. Even cooked breakfast was included.
location close to Hydepark and tube station, price, clean
basic accommodation, small rooms, bad internet connection, not very reliable
