Nice rooms, great decor, quiet, nice staff and nice food.
wi-fi was poor, continental breakfast only, location was a tad out the way
Poor Breakfast Poor lighting throughout
Poorly lit rooms, very thin walls! , no cooked breakfast.
Rooms excellent. Very good standard.
Food was not very nice. Did not appear to be freshly prepared. This was only concern as everything else excellent
Good food Helpful staff Nice quiet location close to local golf course. Easy access from local A-roads & motorway.
Friendly and professional staff, delicious food, best tasting curry I have had in years, fantastic decoration. Good attentional to detail in every regard. Highly recommend.
Nice peaceful hotel.
Very spacious suite, great value on a Sunday night. Very good attitude from all the staff and the food far surpassed my expectations of Indian-themed fare, much more sophisticated than average. Haloumi and fig starter was particularly impressive, very pleased with the fresh chutney accompanying the chicken biriyani, and the cardamom cheesecake was very enjoyable, only lacking in the cardamom. Fresh fruit at breakfast and in the room more than made up for that. Quite a find, will definitely return next time I'm on business in Beverley or Hull.
Not the hotel's fault, but the previous guest(s) had been smoking, it reeked, which was a shame for such a well presented suite. Weddings are clearly a major part of their business, so the peace that I encountered may not be the norm.
Management very friendly. (Managers/owner) Nice big room king size bed very comfortable.
Complexs needs up dating.. communication between reception and visitors needs following through I.e. Reported robe missing from room and cafeterie also missing this was not dealt with. English breakfast... No bacon, love a proper breakfast especially travelling over 200 miles. Staff needs more sense of humour please... Sour faced a couple banquet manager lady needs more training.. And the waiting staff at wedding function.
The room and was very good and the staff were very helpful.
It was a bit out of the way. We had dinner on the first night and if you were not really fond of Indian the menu was very limited.
Bed was comfortable and clean
We stayed on a half board basis and found dinner to be very poor, left most of it a went hungry. Breakfast was ok but nothing more than that. There is a travelers site close by and there were signs of this as you approached the hotel. We have stayed and many hotels in the area and this was our first and last at this hotel as better near by.
Would highly recommend this hotel , as a young couple we had a brilliant time. The staff were very friendly and the hotel and ro Itself was very good!
The room was a little too warm
Staff Room Overall excellent for our needs
Nice large room, huge bed with good bathroom and some nice touches - tea, coffee, fruit. Bargain "curry night" in restaurant on Tuesday nights.
Windows only open a crack, so too hot at night and a little difficult to sleep as a consequence, despite the fan helpfully provided.
Relatively quiet location.
Television reception quite poor, Wifi was almost unusable, "Double bed" was two single beds next to each other.
Staff, room (one room ok others less so, see negatives) Food and bar facilities Very good value for money Good location
My room (room 5) was large, comfortable and quiet. My colleagues stayed in rooms 1 & 2 and were less satisfied. These rooms are noisy due to staff moving around below from very early in the morning. These rooms are very large and comfortable however. Note: breakfast during the week is continental only no issue to us bet maybe for some?
A very boutique style hotel. The rooms were very modern, clean and very comfortable. I will definitely be going back!
Sadly no hot breakfast is available through the weekdays
Quirky and spacious
Breakfast options limited
Very pleasant friendly staff, food very good, room very spacious and trendy felt relaxed.
Wifi was not too good, the lighting in the bedroom was not conjusive to do work.
Noise room 10 during the night No wifi in the room no English breakfast
Nice large, comfortable room and loved bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedside light not the best for reading in at night (minor dislike)!
Nice location value for money staff very helpful
Restaurant wasn't open for a LA carte only buffet curry night.
Large room and bathroom Breakfast good Good parking
Room too hot Noisy overnight - backs onto busy A road Staff unfriendly Wifi costs extra
The room was very good
The food was not great
