The Hotel was lovely and some of the rooms are being refurbished. The staff were very helpful especially the customer service manager nothing was to much trouble. The location was brilliant walking distance of the West End, The Ritz, and most shops, only a short taxi or tube ride to Selfridges it was that good we have booked to stay there again the end of this month. The location is the best thing about this hotel

location, where you can get an easy access to all the good places to visit by the underground spot next to the hotel. They have a noise cancelation issue, where you can hear everything so clear from the room next to you.

The health club was outstanding The room was dreadful. For the price piad it was far too samll and had a window looking onto a brick wall which meant you did not know whether it was light or dark, sunny or raining - - very claustophobic and I would not say theer again as a result.

The central location in a large city where there is so much to see is key. Staff were extremely courteous, the rooms although we had a standard double, were slightly on the small side, the equipment in the rooms was fantastic (flat screens in bedroom and bathroom). Hotel itself modern and very well kept. Breakfasts are a little "dear" at £23 for an english breakfast. We found everything we needed for our short break in the city within the hotel itlsef: fitness training room, spa, sauna, swimming pool which was fabulous after a day on foot, squash courts, bar, club restaurant... Great hotel, expensive for a 4*, but hey, you're in the centre of one of the greatest cities in the world, and it is well worth the treat. You won't be disappointed.

Top class hotel. Very comfortable and good service. Rather snooty check in staff. Having to pay for wi-fi is ridiculous in a hotel of this class.

Like the location. Very easy access to the theatres. We were able to walk to shows at the Dominion and the Garrick. Also easy to get to a wide variety of eateries. Find the rooms very luxurious. Didn't have time to swim and sauna this time but really enjoyed this on a previous visit. Will come agian. Would prefer a main light option. Think the rooms are rather dimly lit.

We wanted a central hotel close to the Royal Academy and Regent Street which had good facilities. This was the hotel. We only stayed for one night but would go back as the location was brilliant, staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable. We didn't have time to use the pool as it didn't open until 8.00 on Saturday and we had to be elsewhere. Only that the pool did not open until 8.00 on Saturday - it would have been good if it had opened at 7.00 as we would have used it before starting our day.

I choose this hotel to celebrate a treat for my sisters 60 birthday with another sister and friend and only wish I had longer. Location - excellent. We went to see Jersey Boys on Friday evening and only a 5-10 minute walk to theatre and we stopped for supper on the way back. Excellent location and staff were friendly. If you rang down for anything it was brought up immediately and then we had follow on phone call. The swimming pool is awesome and the spa and gym facilities a real bonus, best I have seen in London. Bar is small and only drawback is the lack of space here and the drinks very expensive - very expensive. We had afternoon tea in Terrace Rest and again it was excellent. Friendly helpful staff and doorman very good. The only thing I did not like was the space at end of bed in twin roon 6 floor, would have preferred larger room space. The bathroom is small and compact. Pillows nearly as good as the Marriott. On the whole I thought location/facilities for relaxing break excellent and I will be coming back to this hotel soon. Recommend Probably lack of lounging space in bar/r foyer and perhaps more staff in foyer to direct one to different areas. Room space Only 2-3 English teabags and milk= however they cam if required. No place to plug in kettle which was in the wardrobe In fact the bedroom layout was not the best I have come aross for this price hotel /star******

Location, friendliness of the staff at the Club Lounge, lounge facilities, comfortable bed, catering for the gluten-free diet needs, nice & fresh interior design Can´t really think of anything remarkable. Just minor things not worth mentioning. A bit pricey room service and breakfast options.

We got an upgrade to a family suite which was a good surprise. The beds were very comfortable, the location was perfect for siteseeing and whatever you want to do downtown, the room was big, and though the window overlooked a very busy street it proved soundproof. The staff were helpful and not obtrusive, we did not see the restaurant or the spa so we can't comment. The cleaning staff were very well-trained. The bathroom was slightly basic and too small, the toiletries were hardly impressive, the wifi or the cable are way to expensive. Can't such a luxury hotel offer free Internet? Otherwise it was fine and we were treated with full respect so the hotel did not ruin our short stay in London as some other hotels did in the past:)
