Sa situation géorgraphie, son espace pour le petit déjeuner, lumineux et bien sur le petit déjeuner lui-même. L'espace de la chambre (n°235) La décoration et l'état de la chambre (décors trop anciens). La salle de bain qui est elle aussi trop vetuste. |

sa situation centrale parfaite salle de bain un peu vieille accueil à la réception mauvais ils ne trouvaient pas ma réservation puis ils m'ont dit qu'ils n'avaient plus de place dans la catégorie réservée.J'ai eu l'impression que n'étant pas passé directement par eux ils nous ont donné vraiment ce qu'il restait |

excellent situation au coeur de Londres, excellent petit dejeuner et personnel parfait . la taille de la chambre trop petite par rapport au prix et aux attentes d'un 5 etoiles . et heureusement que j'avais eu la possibilite de reserver le petit dejeuner, sinon problematique parce que beaucoup de monde et longue file d'attente le dimanche matin |

Situation géographique,salle du petit déjeuner et petit déjeuner en lui même. Les chambres sont très déffraichies pour un hotel de ce standing,il serait temps d'entreprendre des travaux!!! |

La situation géographique de l'hôtel, en plein coeur de Londres, proche des boutiques mais aussi et surtout à proximité des musées ou autres attractions historiques de la capitale. Sur ces points, c'est parfait. A souligner également au 2e étage l'emplacement du petit déjeuner, à vivre tant pour le design que pour la qualité du petit déjeuner en lui-même. Je pense sincèrement que les chambres doivent être "reliftées", elles ont besoin d'un coup de fraîcheur, en tout cas la chambre double classique. Un coup de neuf s'impose. A l'ère de l'écran plat dans la plupart des cinq étoiles, le poste télé est dépassé, vieux jeu. |

Having a Club Room was all the better. Club Lounge made it that extra bit special, and of course you can more than make up for the price with the 2 hour free pre-canapes and drink at night. Staff were out of this world for friendliness and couldn't do enough for us. This might be pedantic and I'm far from complaining but, for a 5-star hotel the finishing touches were not up to scratch in our room. Someone needs a spirit level to correct fixtures and exposed nails in the bathroom were an awful sight. |

Perfect situation for turist attractions and central london shops. Cost of drinks in Burlington Bar too high. £40+ for 3 gin and tonics, 1 tonic and 1 mineral water rediculous. |

The hotel apparently did not know about the reduced price I had received via Booking.com. Eventually they accepted it, but the previously upgraded room was swapped for a basic room. |

Club lounge was fine, though hotel rates are quite high. We received no room/service information at check in. Billing was very confusing, at the check out we were requested to pay our breakfast even though it was included in prepaid room rate. |

friendliness was extraordinary, the huge bed was wonderful. The local situation near picadilly circus, the theatres and the tube and bus is really good, and we will return to the wonderful city of London and to this hotel. And you can have a rossini at the hotel bar after midnight (also on sunday!) the climate at the restaurant at breakfast was very cold. |

easy access to city centre! spacious room , comfortable bed. disturbed too early in the morning (8-9am) by cleaning staff, or TV repairer or other staff! -- not easy access stop for car ---- smell of lack of aeration. |

The staff were very friendly and very helpful, they all made us feel welcome and they were polite. Yes, the room was to hot, the air conditioning did not work, the lock on the door did not work and our room was situated over the restuarant so therefore we has to keep the curtains closed the entire time. The bath was dirty which i cleaned out myself. |

The Central Location I paid for an executive room which are supposed to be the best in the hotel! But we were very dissapointed withh the room size and therefore i dont think we got value for money as a result, So Beware when you book these so called best rooms in the hotel, Also the breakfasts were too expensive, Overall not impressed we have stayed in too many 5 star hotels and this is not 5 star standard! |
