Le Meridien Piccadilly

De service is zeer goed. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. De locatie is werkelijk fantastisch, zeer centraal ideaal voor winkelen in de mooie, luxe en zeer bekende zaken met wereldbekende namen.Uitstekende verbindingen voor underground en ook bus.

De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding, bv. Geen slippers op de kamer( mag toch wel voor de kamerprijs van gbp 218,50 zonder ontbijt), geen voetmatje naast het bed, slechts 1 badjas voor 2 personen.

slechte kamers,zicht geur en industrieel geluid van airco,geen extra bed,kinderen met drie in een bed,moesten om 10uur uit de kamer

Als zeer frequent reizige door vele delen van de wereld en dito hotelgast kan ik zeggen dat Le meridien in London de top is: ultieme bediening, kwaliteit van kamers en staf; perfecte locatie in de stad.Een feest om er te verblijven!.

Perfect situation for turist attractions and central london shops.

Cost of drinks in Burlington Bar too high. £40+ for 3 gin and tonics, 1 tonic and 1 mineral water rediculous.

Club lounge was fine, though hotel rates are quite high.

We received no room/service information at check in. Billing was very confusing, at the check out we were requested to pay our breakfast even though it was included in prepaid room rate.

friendliness was extraordinary, the huge bed was wonderful. The local situation near picadilly circus, the theatres and the tube and bus is really good, and we will return to the wonderful city of London and to this hotel. And you can have a rossini at the hotel bar after midnight (also on sunday!)

the climate at the restaurant at breakfast was very cold.

disturbed too early in the morning (8-9am) by cleaning staff, or TV repairer or other staff! -- not easy access stop for car ---- smell of lack of aeration.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful, they all made us feel welcome and they were polite.

Yes, the room was to hot, the air conditioning did not work, the lock on the door did not work and our room was situated over the restuarant so therefore we has to keep the curtains closed the entire time. The bath was dirty which i cleaned out myself.

not a lot, we booked Nobu but they booked the wrong location !!
