The location, the size of the room, the lovely soft pillows, the bar and restaurant. Staff were willing but unprofessional and inefficient.

The hotel is shabby and needs a redec, particularly the spa/gym which is old fashioned and shabby. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 5.30 to check in. When we were upgraded to a better room, it had a connecting door to the room next door and the walls were so thin we could hear the next door tv and had to complain. Overpriced. The hotel does not feel luxurious and service is unprofessional and slow.

The rooms are not spacious and no view . Layout of room is poor. Very congested. No designated outlet and space for the electric kettle for the coffee/tea Other guests walking in the hallway were noisy in the middle of the night thus disturbing our sleep. Bathroom tiles , shower and sink taps are old due for change . trashcan in the toilet is too small , not enough for the day garbage. No FREE INTERNET No space in the lobby to sit comfortably while waiting or no proper lobby Reception hall is not spacious hair dryer is not a good type Iron has poor heating , takes time to iron and not getting good result

I think the area where the hotel is situated is excellent . The staff were amaizing helpful , the cutomer service was excellent.

The breakfast in club floor was terrible . They need to improve the selection of food and the place is a bit depressing and very conjusted . I stayed 4 days and I had to go to the terrace and pay for the breakfast, in which the selection was a bit better and the place was nicer . Also

As we arived we were made to feel very welcome by the staff .We loved the spa facility's one word amazing!

There wasn't much I just felt, some things were a little over priced for instance the tv 13 .50 for a movie also the bar I don't normally pay £6.00 for a bottle of beer

The proximity to central London meant no need to travel long distances by tube late at night.

Check-in was a nightmare. The stay was a gift from my father but in the end he had to travel 160 miles round trip just so that his credit card was available at the time of check-in. Check-in took around 25 minutes even though there were not many people booking in at the same time. The dress code of male employees in the lobby of the hotel left a lot to be desired as all were without ties which gave the general appearance of a run down 3 star hotel not a 5 star memorable hotel. Insult to injury was the way in which my father's credit card was treated by the hotel. It was presented twice and subsequently resulted in the card being blocked to investigate fraudulent use. Not a hotel to recommend and certainly not worth a second visit.

Location of the hotel is unbeatable. Staff was friendly and helpful

The hotel needs major refurbishment. As a five star hotel it is way below the standard.

-Cleaning staff always did a good job. -Room quality is above expectations. -The gym is very nice and exceeds expectations. -Room comfort was good. -Location was convenient.

-Room service food quality was okay, nothing great. -Cannot check-in to a prepaid room unless card used to pay is presented, makes it hard to have a company pay for the stay.

Noisy rooms .. Did not give the correct room type i booked .. Unfriendly staff.

I didn't call for support not even once, which is a great compliment for a hotel, but most than all I was pleased with a couple of elements which are often neglected even by 4-5 stars business hotels: 1.Reliable and fast internet 2.Ironing board and iron in perfect shape 3. Well supplied minibar

A problem I'm facing even in high class hotels: It's not that it was cold, but you don't have the option to make the room really warm and I like to have this option.

The ideal central location. Conveniently located, whether for shopping, restaurants or sight seeing. The modern chic style and overal appearance of the hotel. The efficient service.

There was insufficient lighting in the bathroom. No full length mirror. No coffee machine in the room which for a 5* hotel is expected today.
