Het hotel ligt heel centraal. In een gezellige winkelstraat met goede restaurants. In een aantal ervaringen van andere reizigers leesde wij dat het hotel heel rumoerig is vanwege de nachtclub beneden. Wij hadden de executive kamer geboekt, milan kamer, deze ligt heel rustig en hebben niets vd herrie gehoord. Absoluut heel erg leuk hotel met een goede service. Als vip gasten werden we onthaald in de nachtclub. Geen koffie en thee faciliteiten op de kamer. Maar ruime badkamer met apart bad en douche maakte t meer dan goed. |

Zeer attent en vriendelijk personeel. Mooie design inrichting. Ruime kamer met aparte uitstraling. Centrale ligging. Uitstekende koffie en croissant bij ontbijt. Safe op kamer werkte niet en kon tijdens verblijf niet worden gerepareerd. Koffiezetapparaat werkte niet, kon echter wel worden gerepareerd. Veel straatlawaai en extreem veel geluidsoverlast van de onder in het hotel gevestigde nachtclub. Dreunende bassen hoorbaar en voelbaar op 2e etage waar kamer zich bevond. Harde onrijpe banaan bij ontbijt. |

We were upgraded on arrival to junior suite. Marrakesh which was a really nice big room. At the end of the day we did not spend a lot of time in the room. Big plasma, huge bathroom with tv and seperate sitting area. Rooms were individual. Location was superb as well for a little bit shopping right in the middle of George Steet noise of clubs below at the weekends this could annoy people. Lots of people in the streets to 3am. The rooms on east side of hotel are right above the entrances for 2 clubs. Week days should not be a problem. If you want a quiet night ask for a room away from the east side or away from The Dome side of the hotel |

We stayed in the Sydney room, attention to detail was amazing, snken bath was to die for !!! Highly recommend You could hear the Shanghai nightclub below until about two am |

I loved the funkiness of it all - a 5 star boutigue hotel without the stuffiness that sometimes goes with this rating. We were so relaxed and felt very well looked after. Christian the hotel club manager personally escorted us to the VIP bar (nice touch). Food, cocktails and breky were top notch. Only concern was the underfloor heating in the massive bathroom was a bit too hot for my toes. |

Staff ok and polite The hotel is very very noisy. It is above a nightclub so you will not sleep until after 3 am because of the noise |

I had a meal here a couple of years ago upstairs in Paris room and I loved it, the atmosphere was great. I booked it a day before I came and got a really good deal, the room lived up to my expectations it was fab. Breakfast was lovely too. The prices of the food were very reasonable . Would definetly come back again. |

The rooms are very cool and spacious We knew there was a niteclub downstairs however the noise was too much the windows were shaking until 3am. We were staying the weekend of the Heineken Cup and they hiked up their Saturday night price for a double suite to £395 - this hotel was definitely not worth this and for this money I would have expected some sort of friendly response from the hotel staff when I voiced my concerned about the... |

courtesy,kindness of all staff. All services were excellent quality.Beauty of rooms and design is very stylish,position of the hotel in downtown.breakfast is also a big plus.room for relax and not just for sleeping!! |

lively, modern, extremely comfortable rooms, classy. Excellent city centre location for all local attractions, friendly staff. Breakfast was the only let down, poor portion sizes, too long to wait and the wrong order |

We got a free upgrade and breakfast was luxurious. The hotel atmosphere is also amazing, highly reccomendable Ever so slightly noisy at night due to the club and bars downstairs and traffic in the morning. |

The deco of the Paris room in general: very refined and inspiring. The very inviting and comfortable bed. The design of the shower head and the boudoir style of the bathroom. Micro-chip control lighting allowing different intensities of light. The plasma TV screen and choice of thematic dvds (nice touch). We were initially assigned to the Dublin room which was unpleasant for two reasons: the green theme of the room which included green walls (I hated it, found it awful and it made me feel sick) and the fact that the shocking room was unmade (I had never encountered this before, and I would not have expected this to happen in a hotel of such a standard). |

I loved the idea of having every room unique with individually designed rooms! Spacious rooms, cool interior and funky furniture. No gym or other leisure facilities in the hotel. |

The room was lovely, superb design, the complimentary drinks were appreciated, the breakfast was of a good standard. All in, good value for money. Noisy at night from local pubs/clubs although this was expected being so central in Edinburgh. |

The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the bar/nightclub was also good. Vip passes and queue jump to Shanghai was a good end to the night |

I liked the spacious room, the style and the huge bath(room) Our room (Los Angeles) was was situated close to a nightclub, so during the first night we heard a lot of basses. Several parts of our room (ventilation outlets etc.) have never been cleaned. You can watch a dvd (that's cool) but only on the tv in the living, and not from bed or the bath. The bath-TV didn't have a remote control. |

The room was very good and so were the staff Yes - there was no plug for the bath and it was difficult to get one by which time it was too late. Also no public lounge. |
