Het hotel ligt heel centraal. In een gezellige winkelstraat met goede restaurants. In een aantal ervaringen van andere reizigers leesde wij dat het hotel heel rumoerig is vanwege de nachtclub beneden. Wij hadden de executive kamer geboekt, milan kamer, deze ligt heel rustig en hebben niets vd herrie gehoord. Absoluut heel erg leuk hotel met een goede service. Als vip gasten werden we onthaald in de nachtclub. Geen koffie en thee faciliteiten op de kamer. Maar ruime badkamer met apart bad en douche maakte t meer dan goed. |

Zeer attent en vriendelijk personeel. Mooie design inrichting. Ruime kamer met aparte uitstraling. Centrale ligging. Uitstekende koffie en croissant bij ontbijt. Safe op kamer werkte niet en kon tijdens verblijf niet worden gerepareerd. Koffiezetapparaat werkte niet, kon echter wel worden gerepareerd. Veel straatlawaai en extreem veel geluidsoverlast van de onder in het hotel gevestigde nachtclub. Dreunende bassen hoorbaar en voelbaar op 2e etage waar kamer zich bevond. Harde onrijpe banaan bij ontbijt. |

Hotel was in a great position close to shops bars and resteraunts.also has plenty to offer within hotel itself would definatly go back to Le Monde. |

Everything about the hotel was better than expected - location, quality of staff and accomodation, the hotel had a lovely ambience, food both breakfast and evening meals were top class and the bed was so comfortable !!! Nothing that can be done but lack of parking or arranged parking was a little issue. |

I have stayed in alot of boutique hotels all over the world and just cant say that this hotel matches up, the 5 star experience falls way short..it is in need of a good revamp paint/carpets etc are all shoddy and old..lights didnt work, TV romote was broken, little things but in 5* you expect more. Needs a revamp, lights broken, TV remote broken,chipped paint, room smelled of the kitchen below, which wasnt the 5* experience myself and my husband were looking for. |

excellent dinner, breakfast room service was excellent too the general temperature of the building was excessively warm - such a waste of energy and actually stiffling ! There werent any bath robes in the room, which actually was a bit smaller for a "suite" than had been indicated in the booking information. comfortable room but disappointing that the the room size didnt live up to my perceived expectations |

Lovely hotel, wonderful in every way with great attention to detail. One of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in. Reception staff were great and really looked after me. |

We loved our room and the fact that we could have breakfast delivered at a time which we were able to choose.The bars were lovely and the free drink voucher we were given on our arrival was a nice touch. |

Accommodating staff and management, best demonstrated by not charging me for a night's accommodation when I changed the booking to leave late in my second last day. I expected to pay but the management waived the fee. |

Prompt easy check in/check out was great. Room was spacious and quiet. Pictures on internet were accurate. Very pleased with hotel, especially as we got a special rate, I probably wouldn't have paid the full rack rate though... guest luggage just left in the corner of reception...was a little unsure if it would still be there when we returned for it... |

i liked the individuality of each of the rooms! the location was also excellent. I liked the extra touches like the free drink vouchers and the vip cards for the nightclub. |

it was incredibly noisy outside until 4 am when it began to rain, just had a couple of hours sleep until the bin wagon arrived outside at 8 am to remove the bottle bank, dreadful!! also, we had an issue during the evening which we reported to the night manager, who had an appalling attitude and was no help at all, would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good nights sleep and at £195 room only, I would have expected one!!! |

Very interesting room. Way nicer than I expected, especially for the price. Decor and theme were nice and the bathrooms and TV's very nice. Very noisy party scene outside and no parking. |

Nice bed, nice atmosphere very god location. I needed to borrow a converter for European to British electrical standard but they had none to borrow me. But I cold solve the problem with a walk to the nearby train station and buy one instead so it was not a major problem. |

The staff are "priceless" and worked very efficiently and effectively in what can only be described as a very busy and popular establishment. The food and service were excellent and the ambience was fantastic with good sounds and a very aesthetically pleasing bar / restaurant! The room was far too hot without any control over the temperature and it was also noisy due to the Disco on one of the adjacent floors. Overall value was only compromised by the aforementioned points. |

The size of the room was huge, with 2 lcd screens plus 1 in the bathroom. The design of the bathroom with the shower was unique as well. I have never seen a design like it in a good way. The plug in the bath wouldn't come out on it's own and appeared to be broken. You have to get a spoon underneath to get it out. I would like to have had a larger room service menu, which includes pizza. I didn't like the fact that there was no leisure facilities such as gym, jacuzzi, spa and swimming pool as other hotels offer this. The design of the hotel incorporates only has a bar/club rather than a regular lounge area that other hotels have. |

We were upgraded on arrival to junior suite. Marrakesh which was a really nice big room. At the end of the day we did not spend a lot of time in the room. Big plasma, huge bathroom with tv and seperate sitting area. Rooms were individual. Location was superb as well for a little bit shopping right in the middle of George Steet noise of clubs below at the weekends this could annoy people. Lots of people in the streets to 3am. The rooms on east side of hotel are right above the entrances for 2 clubs. Week days should not be a problem. If you want a quiet night ask for a room away from the east side or away from The Dome side of the hotel |

We stayed in the Sydney room, attention to detail was amazing, snken bath was to die for !!! Highly recommend You could hear the Shanghai nightclub below until about two am |

I loved the funkiness of it all - a 5 star boutigue hotel without the stuffiness that sometimes goes with this rating. We were so relaxed and felt very well looked after. Christian the hotel club manager personally escorted us to the VIP bar (nice touch). Food, cocktails and breky were top notch. Only concern was the underfloor heating in the massive bathroom was a bit too hot for my toes. |

Staff ok and polite The hotel is very very noisy. It is above a nightclub so you will not sleep until after 3 am because of the noise |
