Score from 140 reviews Superb
cosy room but Amazing walk in shower
had to travel to a different building for breakfast.
Location and helpful staff
Comfy bed, room was a bit on the small side but it was adequate. Reception staff were amazing; arrived later than we expected and were late for a dinner reservation, asked them to get a taxi ASAP and by the time we had dropped our bags in our room and come back down the taxi was ready and waiting.
Breakfast was in a cafe down the steet, not necessarily a bad thing just would have liked to know before I booked.
The location was brilliant, the staff friendly and well-available yet unintrusive, and the room very nice.
It was a surprise that breakfast wasn't actually at the hotel but at a nearby deli, and though it was good, the set that was included left me a bit hungry (and no juice at all).
i liked the fact that it in central town where you can easily walk in the town and nearby restaurants.
it's quite hot inside the rooms.
Great location...friendly staff, nice touch with complementary muffin on arrival and a proper mug for tea....fab night out
Had a great stay. Guy on desk helpfull and very polite. Room 9 quite compact but clean and nicely set up. Great shower loads of hot water
Had to go outside for a cig but it wasnt a big deal.
Arrived at this lovely hotel and was treated to a free room upgrade and muffin upon arrival. very cute room and hotel is not far from the station.staff are super friendly and the room was nicely furnished. Everything was nice and clean. Would definitely stay again
Not really their fault but there was some noise spillage from the club/bar nearby. I was too tired to care and still slept like a log anyway.
Location close to train station, close to all centre attractions, caffe+tee in room, support of staff during 24h, welcome muffins
Our room was small
Walking distance to everywhere, the breakfast is not located on site but the restaurant is a minute's walk away and is quite nice.
The double bed was two single beds pushed together which is annoying but common in most hotels.
good location for nightlife at this hotel . we had a front room and there was very little noise as room was well glazed. big bed with a nice mattress. room was a tad small but it was clean with a fab shower and there was lots of soaps and shampoos . staff smiley and helpful
being critical the room was a bit on the small side for a super king bed , the hotel doesnt have a restraunt so breakfast is a 2 min walk round the corner at the olive cafe. this was very nice and a good breakfast was served with drinks . might be a pain if its pouring down . other than that really cant fault it
The hotels location was ideal. The room was big enough and the bed comfy. The staff were lovely.
Only downside was that we weren't able to connect to the free WiFi. It was late at night and were too tired to go down and ask the receptionist for help.
Breakfast in a cool deli nearby Silent and comfy
Room are a little small
Free Wifi is strong
The room is a little small
The room which was one of the bigger rooms was small the shower was tiny. Storage wasn't that great no wardrobe just hangers on a shelf not a lot of room for toiletries in the bathroom
Staff was friendly and helpful. There is always someone in the reception letting you in and out.Breakfast was served in a one large, open space deli close to the hotel and it was good.
Didn't know the hotel was in Gay Village area. I would not prefer to be in this part of the city next time I travel to Manchester. No proper window in the room. Flush and Shower were both dodgy and very loud. No sound insulation. Can easly hear next door neighbours.
Staff provided excellent service Close to the train station so good location
Well what can I say apart from this place in fantastic Karl the receptionist was very friendly and helpful thanks !
Small/ no window but who's staying into look out anyways
Rooms too small
Excellent service from friendly and helpful staff. Convenient city centre location
Proximity of bars and nightclubs means some late night noise. Serious plumbing problem: water pressure varied between non-existent and very low. Apparently a temporary problem though.
Near to Village bars and not far to walk for shopping
Shower was hot enough to burn your skin. Room was a little on the small side, but ok for a weekend away or overnight.
Location perfect, staff and muffins were lovely..
Room was over priced for the size and bedside lamps didn't work, but at the end of the day it was just a base and we were out most of the night..
Muffins! Friendly staff and friendly area - lively but could get to sleep ok!
The wi fi was a bit tricky but we got there eventually! The cleaner needs to run a cloth under radiator!
Free breakfast and location.
