We stayed at the Leapark Hotel because our daughter and son-in-law were having a party there to celebrate their recent marraige, our room and that of all the other guests attending the party was of the highest standard both in cleaniless and comfort, the staff were most helpful and the room hired for the celebrations was again first class - we would definately stay here again when next in the area. Thank you to all the staff for your help in making the evening a great success.

The stay was great, the room was comfortable and the staff were excellent, breakfast had a nice menu but also said you could have anything you asked for which was a plus, the bed was very comfy and the room had everything you would need, even though I booked the most basic room I was pleasantly surprised Sadly the bathroom light did not work but not a huge issue, the room was so bright and I could lock my rooms door so I just kept the bathroom door open and used natural sunlight

I found the single executive room I stayed in (room # 38) to be large, warm, quiet and comfortable. The bed was exceptional and also the bathroom. I travel the length and breadth of Britain and thought that the Leapark was probably the best hotel I've stayed at for the price. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast black pudding has to get a mention. I will be recommending this hotel to my colleagues Thank you

Breakfast was superb and served by very friendly staff. Room wasn't refreshed but could have been due to not leaving the key at reception. Reception staff a little surly.

The bedroom though not large was adequate. Bathroom was well presented. May sound strange at this time of year, but the room was a little too warm. Breakfast was excellent, and the lady serving was very pleasant. Good size bar and reasonable prices. All staff that I spoke to were both helpful and pleasant. Only one problem was the toilet had not been cleaned properly. Required to be flushed three times.

Traditional service, large car park, convenient for the event I was attending. Room was a single room but very clean and comfortable. The drive through the bp refinery to get to the hotel, but I guess they have to put a refinery somewhere!

The double room was spacious and very comfortable The twin room was dingy and overlooked lots of containers. The hotel showed pet friendly but when we arrived they made the stipulation that the dog could only be kept in the twin room. We were also asked to use the back entrance to bring the dog in and out of, which suggests they should not advertise as being pet friendly. When we asked about getting a better room, none was available. The twin room was very poor value. We also asked directions to the main town 2 miles away to find a restaurant, which they were less than helpful with, so all in all not a great experience.

“Wonderful comfortable bed had a great sleep! Also the food was fabulous and at £10 for three courses it is one of the best bargains I have come across for a long time! Staff were courteous and friendly. A central location and easy to get to all in all I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend to everyone. M.Dalrymple.” Maureen, Kilwinning |
