Beautiful building Arrived on Friday evening, the guest car par was full, asked the receptionish what shall I do with the car, was told by the reception staff it is a quiz night and to park somewhere else, could park at the " Polish shop". I kept searching nearly 10 mintues to find a parking space since all surrounding streets were marked with wheel clamping signs. I think it is outrageous that I the paying hotel guest had to drive around Luton trying to find a parking space, the receptionist should have asked one of the quiz people to move their car, after all I was staying there for the night and you advertise guest car parking on your website. As if this was not enough the toilett/ wc pan in my room was not clean :( |

Stayed for one night with m family, and we really enjoyed our stay. The tv didn't work, and when you have a 2 year old full of energy at 6pm, it would have been nice to try calming him down with 30-40 mins of cartoons. |

Convenience of location. Secure parking. Restaurant food was of good quality and presentation, shame they outsource for room service! Noisy bar from Leaside football team. Not a family hotel. Noise in kids room. Room sevice is outsourced and not of good quality. Will stay in a well known chain next time. |

The food in the restaurant was of a very high standard and excellent value . The staff on duty the night I arrived in the reception and the restaurant were extremely helpful and pleasent, its been a very along time since I've come across such efficent & friendly staff in the service industry. I did not like having a separate key to get in the door at the top of the stairs entering the corridor of bedrooms, I am a female and travelling alone so began to think there must be security problems. I'd prefer to think there would be someone on night duty to keep an eye on who is staying in the hotel. |

Good value for money. Location is handy for the train station. Room was well presented/clean. Light coming through the door from the hallway made it quite difficult to sleep. |

The room was cozy and quite big. The floor was quite noisy, being a wooden old house. |

Large and charming room. Great breakfast. Helpful Staff. Good location, near central railway station. Great value. Highly recommended. They charged my credit card without any advice while I would have preferred to use cash as payment method. |

Well designed decor. Clean. Good atmoshere. Enjoyed intimate bar eating area. Someone is obviously trying to make this hotel a success.Excellent food.Excellent staff. Enjoyed an evening there, was very comfortable, didn't have to venture out into Luton. Close to airport. Close to main railway line, room small but perfectly formed and comfortable - but this was reflected in price which was extremely reasonable! |

The layout of my room was great. I particularly liked the bath tub in the main room. The bath tub was a bit too small for 2 people. |
