Beautiful hotel, exceptionally clean and very friendly staff. Wish there was English people on the reception desk as it is not always easy to catch what staff are saying if they have a strong foreign accent |

Very nice staff, good facilities, pleasant atmosphere, efficiently run and with a good swimming pool. Difficult to find hotel with the car and to get to a car park near the hotel. |

The room was very comfortable. The location was convenient. The breakfast was very nice indeed. The reception did not have our correct booking details - they had for us the wrong room type and the wrong price and proceeded to blame booking.com - the matter could have been dealt with more pleasantly as whoever's fault it was it was not ours! |

Location and breakfast excellent Swimming pool was very, very cold. Evening meal was not particularly nice or good value for money. One starter was incorrect and a side order never arrived. |

We only stayed one night, but it was clean, comfortable and friendly as well as being in a quiet location - despite being central. We had a twin room with great double beds. Plus, there was the added bonus of leisure facilities. It was perfect venue in which to celebrate my mum's birthday. Please note that I was not a solo traveller No. I couldn't get the shower to work, but it didn't matter as there was a bath. |

Good central location. Easy to find. The Spa is dated and looked dirty. Many of the facillities did not function like the Jacuzzi, steam room. shame as we really forward to it! Due to the central location it was noisy at night from the night spots. |

Enjoyed the stay - took the upgrade for 25.00 each night fruit incl 1 orange between two complimentry water 1 bottle of water between two is this not a little mean? Room not very large either for the extra £50.00. wont pay this if we visit again. Mini bar we had bought extra water see above so moved some of the items in m bar which then gave us a nasty shock being charge £31.00 ok this was rectified but I think this system of a sensored mini bar not good. |

Good central location in city Early Sunday morning (8am) loud noise from drilling above our bedroom. Complaints had no effect. Difficult to find by car - terrible one way road system. Valet parking cost £17 per night (and no car wash included !) |

Beautiful building, really courteous staff (too nice!), probably the best location in Leeds city centre and fabulous breakfast. I stay in a lot of hotels around Europe and pound for pound this has to be one of the best. Amazing value! Will definitely return. |

liked everything about the leeds marriott. Have been staying there at least four times a year when we travel over for the football. Staff friendly as always and so close to all the great shopping and bars. Great leisure centre too. |

From the initial walking into the entrance I knew that we had chosen the right hotel, the man on the door said "good afternoon would you like any help with your bags". The receptionist was very polite, friendly, fast and extreemly helpful. The concierge was just the same and could not help enough when we asked to leave our bags for a few hours after checking out. I could go on and on but to sum up the staff were the most professional I have seen for a long time, and I stay in hotels a large number of days a month. I will definately be back to stay here though wish the prices were just a little lower at weekend. A huge thanks to all the staff for a great stay. The noise from the cars at 3 am sounding their horns. Not a hotel matter but you would think the Police would do something about it, as they are all breaking the law, and I believe it is an ongoing problem. |
