The hotel is situated in an attractive square just off the main shopping area. Public car parking is a few steps away across the square and was reasonably priced. The hotel give a discount for parking there. Our bedroom faced the square and was quiet. We ordered a twin room and the bedroom had two double beds and was larger than average. We had an evening meal in the Georgetown Restaurant. The staff were unwelcoming and the food was bland. |

The facilities and staff were excellent. The room was too hot and breakfast was poor especially the bacon and lack of black pudding. |

Ease of booking in / checking out. Room was lovely & comfortable. Exceptionally long queue for breakfast - we decided to eat elsewhere but this was simply for convenience. On the reverse of the 'do not disturb sign' was a 'please service this room' sign and we it the wrong way around - perhaps 2 different signs would be better. |

Room was generally great and all staff were very helpful and friendly.Being in City centre was great. Bathroom had not been well cleaned and the bathroom bin had not been emptied. In addition, room climate control did not work effectively and room became very warm overnight. |

Es war sehr angenehm im Hotel. Das Hotel liegt absolut zentral und trotzdem ist es nicht zu laut. Der Service ist gut und das Frühstück sehr umfangreich und lecker. |
