Leeds Marriott Hotel

The hotel was in full Xmas party swing, so was busy and noisy but as we intended to use one of the many city Centre bars and restaurants this wasnt a problem. Clean room and public areas and professional staff

You couldnt get in or out of the hotel lobby without walking through a cloud of cigarette smoke, if we had the children with us we would have complained. Come on Marriott no point moving the problem from inside to to just outside so we non smokers still get to inhale !!!!!!!

Beautiful hotel, exceptionally clean and very friendly staff.

Wish there was English people on the reception desk as it is not always easy to catch what staff are saying if they have a strong foreign accent

Very good location in the heart of the city, near the railway station.

The room was a little bit old fashioned

Difficult to find hotel with the car and to get to a car park near the hotel.

Easy parking, good motorway access, good city centre location.

very cold air conditioning in the bar area. Too cold to sit in and relax.

In city centre and good quality 4 star hotel

the location is perfect and I really enjoyed the breakfast each day. Great rooms and very comfortable beds. Can't fault the hotel it's really lovely!

Location to train station; staff very helpful and the pool/gym were fabulous

There was quite a bit of noise in the street outside from the late night club revellers.

Check- in was extremely slow furniture/table top in Breakfast room rather basic and unappealing which detracted from the overall impression of the hotel

liked everything about the leeds marriott. Have been staying there at least four times a year when we travel over for the football. Staff friendly as always and so close to all the great shopping and bars. Great leisure centre too.

From the initial walking into the entrance I knew that we had chosen the right hotel, the man on the door said "good afternoon would you like any help with your bags". The receptionist was very polite, friendly, fast and extreemly helpful. The concierge was just the same and could not help enough when we asked to leave our bags for a few hours after checking out. I could go on and on but to sum up the staff were the most professional I have seen for a long time, and I stay in hotels a large number of days a month. I will definately be back to stay here though wish the prices were just a little lower at weekend. A huge thanks to all the staff for a great stay.

The noise from the cars at 3 am sounding their horns. Not a hotel matter but you would think the Police would do something about it, as they are all breaking the law, and I believe it is an ongoing problem.
