Being woken at 4am by people returning to their rooms after a night out!

the room was first class as were the staff

Will stay again the bar area was good and loved the leisure centre

Nice pool area. Bar on site and central location.

Mouldy tea bag found in our ice bucket. Cleaning obviously not as it should be although rest of room and bathroom were clean.

How open is was to the public due to the only bar having access from the strert

Very nice hotel in Leeds city centre, fabulous breakfast, excellent staff and very enjoyable stay.

Itis in the city center!

It was ment to be a twin room as me and my friend was staying and they could not give us that only a dubble.

the beds, bath with handles,breakfast, staff, Midtown Grill near to station etc.

noise into early hours of sunday morning[rugby players!!!] pillows too soft for us, no mini-bar[ but not that important, just nice to have!

Comfortable rooms

Toiletries poor - housekeeping knocking on door at 9am! And mini bar not free - it isnt cheap and would expect better

Value for money the bedroom was very nice and extremely comfy.Near to shops and nightlife

My husbands breakfast was only luke warm and we only had one bath towel in the bedroom apart from that it was lovely

Every thing super, went all the way to get us no the same floor, will be back again soon, 100% brill

The size of the bed.

the fact that we stayed two nights and had no sleep because of the incessant noise outside. Also, I did not like the fact tyhat I was told the Guest Relationship Manger would phone me after I complained and still hasn't. Awful customer servioce.

Exec lounge and service after a few issues was swift and resolved

Room service was terrible. Had to send it back. Sending bills through door when they were included in price

Location very good staff good food

No hotel parking do not feel one should have to pay for the privilage of a hotel stay by having to pay for expensive car parking. Lot of noise from ajoining public bar in hotel restaurant.

We enjoyed the comfort of the room, friendliness of the staff and the lovely breakfast!

We went away for the first time in two years since having our little boy and were looking forward to a great night's sleep but sadly the noise outside of the hotel was so loud that it kept us awake all night. We were exhausted and felt really disappointed! The staff were friendly but we were just told that it does get rather noisy on a saturday night in Leeds!!!! We probably wont stay here again!

Free upgrade and very late check out (4pm!) lovely breakfast and rooms very comfortable.

The situation of the hotel is great right in the centre next to the shops and its great standard

Evening meal in AM restruant was average at best. Car parking not nearby enough and difficult to find.

I requested early booking in and 2beds.Everything was ready for me when I arrived ..This rarely happens without a hitch of some sort...very efficient will come back again..The executive club lounge a real bonus for our stay..I have stayed at this hotel before this was so much better this time around .well done...

Can't think of anything every one was so helpful ..

We were there to party and the staff was not judgmental or snobby, just treated us with courtesy and respect - I loved that.
