We found the hotel staff excellent, very welcoming, polite and very friendly. As for the double room we stayed in,it was spotless, very clean and had a excellent view of the north bay and castle. We only had breakfast every morning, but wow 10 outta 10 for the full english breakfast, its was cooked to perfection, but there was plenty more choices to choice from. We couldnt find anything wrong with the hotel, food or staff at all. There doing a brill job |

The breakfasts were very good and there was a good choice. The room i was given was cold and the door would not lock.I asked for another room at the back of the hotel away from the wind.I was given a room adjacent but this was only available for five nights. This meant moving to another room for my last night. |

The room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom had complimentary shampoo & shower gel which was great as I had forgotten mine! The breakfasts are fantastic, the dining room is lovely, all recently redecorated to the same standard as their other establishment - La Baia. If you have stayed there you will love the Leeway. Jamie & his dad could not do enough for you, always cheerful & very friendly. Having to go home. |

Had the most fantastic full English breakfast. Very friendly and helpfull staff, who recommended/gave directions for a place to eat for our evening meal. Lovely sea view and a surprise queen size bed. Room was very warm even though the heating didn't seem to be on.Complimentary tea etc and parking on site. The bathroom of our travelling companions did have a slight foisty smell, probably because it hadn't a window, but didn't spoil their stay. |

The location of the hotel was very good, overlooking the North Bay. Perfect for seafront walks. The town center and Peasholm park were also only a short walk away. |

Although we didn't stay at this hotel due to it being decorated we stayed at the sister hotel owned by the same people and thoroughly enjoyed it, would definitely stay again next time Would have liked to have been in a lower floor rather than at the top but wasn't really a problem |

The Manager, Darren was most helpful and friendly It would not cost much to provide i.e. matching curtains and bedding, to make rooms more updated and attractive rather than old non-matching accessories - shower cubicle could have been better maintained, i.e. mould around the base |
