The first thing my wife and I noticed was how clean everything was. Everyone was very helpful and gave good advice. The location was very good and the breakfast could not be better.

The only thing that troubled me was the lack of a dedicated invalid parking place.

WiFi wasn,t easy to access. kept having to reboot. needed to have conditioner & body lotion.

Shower took a long time to get hot water through - but the weather was particularly cold.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Antonio on a very busy night was attentive and the service that he and the other staff provided was excellent. The food was more than it said on the menu! It was wonderful. The receptionist on our arrival was friendly, informative about the local area, nothing was a bother. We would definately come here again, mainly because of the staff and their excellent customer service.

The reception rooms were a bit cold on a cold day, especially when you could see an unlit logburner!

The only thing that let the hotel down was the lack of water pressure in the shower. The bathroom has been redecorated really nicely but the water came out at little more than a trickle.

The plumbing in the bedroom was poor. Low hot water pressure - took hours for hot water to come through. Toilet did not flush properly. Telephone did not work. Really not at all up to standard, which was greatly disappointing
